This company and its crew blew us away. Rick, the owner, went over the particulars about the job with me, then he lined out the crew and left. They set up their equipment and went to work in an efficient and unobtrusive manner which was great since I had other projects going on.Our cabin is round so there were a lot of tricky joints to do this job. When I looked up to see the first section installed, I was just dazzled. It was so clean and pro looking! My husband was out of town so I texted him a picture, then went back to work hauling firewood with the tractor.When I tried to fuel the tractor with a gas can that’s new to me, I couldn’t get it to flow. One of the gutter guys walked by and said, “They sure are fun to drive, aren’t they?” I agreed and told him my dilemma. He recognized the type of can and showed me where to smack the spigot. Then he was back in his job and I could continue mine.Toward the end of the day I was heading back for another load of wood so I asked when the crew would be leaving. The foreman said they’d be here until dark which I thought was probably a stretch. It wasn’t. In fact, they were here past dark and working with flashlights!When I reminded them they said they’d leave at dark (it wasn’t a problem; I just figured they’d like to get home eventually), the foreman said they were working out details on a downspout joint and would leave after they got it.They were back on the job a few days later (as planned) and wrapped up the work in a few hours. This time, Rick, the owner, worked with two of his guys. Their demeanor was the same. Quiet, thoughtful as they went and discussing options; truly impressive.I had occasion to call Michelle, the owner and CFO, the second day and was reminded when my husband first contacted her about a bid that they spoke for several minutes with his phone on speakerphone. When he hung up, we agreed that woman knew her stuff. There were no wasted words and she conveyed the spirit of the company perfectly, as we’d discover.One last thing: our dog treats crews as her own and she visits with them as they work. I was enchanted to look out and see her standing full height with her paws on one of the guy’s chests, having a scratch before he jumped back on his ladder.Beautiful job, cool people, everything went swimmingly. They were all we’d hoped for and then some.Service: Gutter installation
