I called them out to repair water damage, remediate mold, and reconstruct a wall after the storms caused a leak in my house.Vanessa, their operations manager, was in the very next morning to do an assessment, the water damage and mold dealt with in the next few days, then the reconstruction finished under a week later. They were very clear and informative about what to expect from each step of the process, very responsive to calls and emails, and their prices are incredibly reasonable.They really went above and beyond the get the work done quickly, and their contractor Federico did a fantastic job with the reconstruction. The workers were very nice. They came in super quick, packed up everything in our master closet, and kitchen cabinet. These areas were affected by the flood in our upstairs master shower. It was a mess and they came in and dried up everything that was wet. A very bad situation made better by professionals.

I called Vanessa with SERVPRO on a Sunday afternoon and she answered which I thought I would get a voicemail. She was extremely professional, and made an appointment to come out the next day to assess my mold and water damage. Prior to talking to Vanessa, I obtained two other quotes from other vendors. Upon receiving Vanessa‘s quote, it was $7000 less than the first quote and $3000 last on the second quote. I sent the invoice to the $10,000 vendor to inquire what she isn’t doing that he would be doing and he said you should work with Vanessa because they’re going to do the same work and he recommends Servpro. I hired Vanessa immediately - I can’t say enough good things. Her team was very professional and explained exactly what would take place and time frame and contacted me with updates each time they went by. Vanessa was willing to work with my insurance company and she knew exactly what paperwork to submit and was very patient in receiving the payment from them. The job was completed on the day quoted and her team nicely picked up their equipment. The team at Servpro has I been wonderful to work with since day one. Vanessa is a great communicator and her knowledge and experience helped me feel confident that this was the company for the job. I had water damage and needed water and mold restoration 2 weeks into having a newborn baby at home. Damage to the nursery, another bedroom, and the garage. These folks were great from start to finish. Vanessa ensured excellent communication with us from the start to the very end and led her team of Jason, Jose and Paul with such diligence and care as if our house was their house. I experienced a washing machine drain malfunction that caused the water inside the machine to ultimately flood the second floor of my house.I contacted ServPro and within 2-3 hours of the call, a team of 3 arrived at my house. We used ServPro for damaged flooring from a broken hose in our bathroom sink. Our insurance company scheduled another company to come out to assess the damage but after looking at the reviews I decided to call ServPro. I called at 7am thinking I would leave a message but Vanessa answered the phone and was out to our house at 10:30am. She was very thorough in assessing the water damage and letting us know what the entire process would look like. She gave us confidence that she would work directly with the insurance company and confirm all of the work they would need to do would be covered and paid directly to them. I was able to cancel the other company that was scheduled to come at 11am. She scheduled the crew to come the next morning and they immediately went to work pulling up the carpet and vanity to get the drying process started. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I also want to give kudos to the scheduler who kept me posted on the times the crew would be coming each day. She was very friendly! I made a call to Servpro of Antioch and they came the same day. Found the problem of the leak I was having and arrived with their equipment to dry out and dehumidify the area. That process eliminated the need to rip up additional flooring and walls. They were able to remove my hardwood floor in my pantry and kitchen and then remove the glue from the entire floor readying it to have the contractor perform his services. I am a local business owner and we recently had a COVID-19 scare as one of my employees became sick. Not knowing what our options were or where to even start, I called SERVPRO of Antioch and Vanessa came to our facility to perform an onsite consultation. She was very informative in regards to their steps and procedures and answered all my questions. An estimate was provided by the end of the day, which was reasonably priced for what they were doing. Vanessa was able to schedule her crew the following day, when the crew showed up they were very respectful to my situation, they didn't waste any time and got my facility taken care of quickly. We experienced a fire in our home that resulted in soot and smoke damage throughout the entire home. The kitchen was destroyed. We were blessed that it wasn't a total loss. But realizing that everything in the house would have to be cleaned, painted and/or replaced, we didn't know where to turn. Our insurance company recommended ServPro and so do we now. They were professional, puncutal, showed up everyday, and they were personable. They even fed our fish when we couldn't get to the house one day. They cleaned everything that was salvageable, identified that which could not be saved, and stored our belongings for 6 months. When they were returned, they were in boxes that easily identified which room they go to - you won't realize how important that is until you have tons of boxes to go through.
