A&M came in cheaper than a couple of other places but I decided to go with them because Erasmo was great. He walked me through what he saw and answered all questions on spot. He's easy to talk to and very responsive. The work was great and looks fantastic. I am glad that we went with A&M and would easily recommend them

In short, excellent across the board!In detail, A&M roofing (Erasmo and team) was on time, professional, and performed excellent work. Erasmo came out the same day I called him to provide an estimate (my house was near his route home). He had no problem with letting me obtain other estimates. Once I called back, we scheduled a date. He had an opening pop up before the scheduled date but I was unavailable. On the scheduled date, they arrived, got to work, and kept me informed of when they were heading out for lunch. The work was finished the same day, on budget, and the work site was impeccably cleaned up. Payment was easy and the entire experience was worry free.Highly recommend!!

I chose Erasmo (and his crew) based on reviews for licensed roofers in my area to give 2 bids. Same day, they emailed the bid with pictures, and started within days of the signed quote. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional, started when they said, and kept me current with more pictures of before and after. It was immediate, emergency repairs needed due to my neglect, but thanks to their quick response (and dealing with issues unforseen, like crumbling tiles around the original areas!), they gave me peace of mind for future winds and rain. If I had the funds for a total new roof, I wouldn't hesitate hiring A&M Roofing to do the job. I was surprised at the thorough clean up when they used a broom, and a magnet tool to collect nails that might have fallen! I was educated on how the prior repairs should have been done, and feel relieved that the job is now done correctly. Five ⭐'s plus to this company!
