I was very impressed by the work and efficiency of Juan and his team. They recently did my whole roof. I did some research and got multiple quotes but best bet roofing uses modern techniques to create longer lasting more durable roofs. Their price is very fair compared to their competitors and they take pride in doing quality work. Communication is excellent by Juan and his team. Juan was always available via text and phone to answer my questions. All the workers in his staff were courteous. They pay attention to subtle details that other roofers may ignore. Each day they would clean any dust or dirt that was around the outside the house and left it cleaner than before they came. His company also works with solar panels. They removed cleaned and reinstalled my solar panels and they work better than before. I would highly recommend best bet roofing to anyone interesting in getting quality work done using more modern materials with a staff that is respectful and experienced at what they do. It’s a big decision replacing your roof but I’m glad I went with Juan and his team.

We first used this company through a solar repair service. They did a great job with the roof for the solar company. A few months later we had another job for them, not related to the solar repair. Juan came out right away to take a look, even in the pouring rain. He gave us a reasonable quote & was able to get the repair done quickly, yes, even before the next rainstorm! I highly recommend Juan and his crew. Juan repaired our entire house ridge line and valleys in June of 2023. His workmanship was top notch. Early 2024 we had a different leak near our fireplace and wanted to have a flat roof patio re-roofed. Juan responded to our call and came out the next day for another quote. Juan is very knowledgeable and his crew was terrific. Communication was excellent throughout the project and his ability to deal with the city for permitting was solid. Everything stayed on schedule.His tear-off crew was amazing. A rock roof tear-off is extremely messy, but when they were done, my property was left pristine!The roofing crew went the extra mile for me and worked an extra long day to keep my house dry when the weather changed and storms came. The price was right, my roof is beautiful now, and I am confident that if I need anything in the future that Juan and his crew will be there for me.

Juan absolutely saved us from an insurance nightmare. Another company was supposed to do the repairs but never followed through. Best Bet Roofing did a wonderful job. It was a terrific experience. Juan Gutierrez, the owner, returned our call the same day. When he gave us his estimate, he took pictures of our roof. He shared the pictures with us and explained what needed to be done. He answered all our questions. He returned the following day with the project proposal. Everything we discussed was in writing. He and his crew showed up on time. When finished, they cleaned the yard and disposed of the materials. Juan inspected all work and took new pictures. What a difference. It rained the next day. No leaks. We're glad he was able to fit us in during this busy season.

Had a leak after a severe rain storm and I call Juan from Best Bet Roofing and he came the same day to take a look and gave me an estimate on repair. I had a roof leak and called around my local area everyone was either too busy or didn't respond. Juan went above and beyond and willing to travel a bit to make the repairs. Everything went smoothly and Juan did a good job explaining everything and good communication. Overall I was happy with the job they did and I was surprised how nice and matched the shingles were to my original sections.

Best Bet Roofing came to the rescue. During the atmospheric river that fell on us, a leak occurred. Spoke with Juan and his crew was at another house. Juan personally came to our house in the rain and cemented the area, which he thought was causing the leak. The leak slowed down and stopped, Two days later Best Bet roofing returned to fix the area. Excellent work!!! Reliable company!!!! Found our roofing company of ever needed again!!! Happy customer!

Roof started leaking during a wind and rain storm. Called three roofing companies for estimate of repairs. One company said could not come for three weeks, too busy. Second company said would try to come as soon as they could. Never showed up. Best Bet roofing called me back within an hour and said he would be there in a couple of hours. Which he did. Took pictures and told us what needed to be done. The price was reasonable. Gave him the go ahead. He secured the leak and had his team do the repairs before the next storm hit. We are now dry! Very personable, honest, licensed, professional and was always on time and communicated very well. We asked about another area of the roof that was not leaking. We were informed for now it is ok and may never leak but if it gets worse in the future he would take care of it. So he did not make a large repair job out of a small one. We are happy campers. They know what they do. The best thing was their price. I got quote from 6 different company and Solarmax gave me best quote. I am very satisfied their work.
