We had a great experience with Chaparosa Roofing when we had a leak return on our roof that had been repaired within the past 5-6 months. Many thanks to their quick response, a lot of which we owe to Ray who works in the office. She was great with following up to make sure the lines of communication were clear and we knew that, even with their busy schedules, we would be taken care of ASAP and, most importantly, before the next big rainstorm that was on its way. Chaparosa's team did an excellent roof repair on my home. Once I gave the go ahead they gave me a time frame, kept me updated and then sent a 4 man team to get it done in one day. The repair team was excellent, spoke to me about progress, assured me that other parts of the roof were fine (no up sale) and cleaned everything up as they left. Great job!

They squeezed my Mom's house in a pinch. My dad passed and they just took care of my family. Awesome work, looks ten times better than before and warranty here in the high desert. I searched for 20 plus years roofers in Apple Valley area. I am Army retired, they gave me a discount and reworked all the flashing even in non repaired areas. Great sales, we used Sean. Knew the numbers for every possible route. Don and Little Sean make sure you will never find a nail anywhere. Chaparosa Roofing deserves higher than a 5 star rating. On the day of my 2 patios roof replacement they arrived at my front door at 8:00 sharp. I had pulled 2 very large bushes out of my yard the day before and all the clippings and both root balls were laying in my backyard. Shortly after they arrived they rang my doorbell again and they asked if the old bushes were trash because they had thrown all of it in their trailer. Wow! We were so surprised and thankful. As the day went on we noticed there was always someone picking up and sweeping. In the end they left my property spotless (which was difficult due to it being a windy day). The work on my patio roofs is clean and professional. We were very impressed. I would highly recommend Chparosa Roofing to anyone.

This is the place to go for any roof tiles old and new. "Bo" is very knowledgeable and is enthusiastic about help you. You can walk on site with him with your sample and he will find your tile. So amazing. The ladies in the office are very sweet too.

Horrible customer service. I’ve placed 2 calls in to this place and spoke with the same woman. She assured me that someone would get back to me.
