Blake Partridge came put on an emergency while it was raining during our recent multi-day storm. A leak had developed and a large section of our ceiling had collapsed along with a lot of wet blown in insulation. We all thought he had fixed the issue, but it was still slowly leaking a couple hours later. He came back to Apple Valley from Lucerne, in the rain, and removed about 75 square feet if concrete tile, pit down underlayment and replaced the tile. No extra charge as they provide a one year guarantee. A man of his word! We highly recommend Partridge Roofing! He even had a drywall guy to recommend for the ceiling repair.

Used partridge roofing for the last couple projects… mostly fixing other contractors mistakes. All work is noticeably higher quality with great attention to detail and good materials. Never had to call them back to fix any work they’ve done. We’ve had patios redone, sheds, tile on house, and regular shingle on roof.
