I live a couple of hours away and needed to find a plumber close to my elderly dad. I looked up plumbers on the internet and was impressed with the High Speed Plumbing website. I called and spoke with a very nice young lady. My dad had someone at his house replacing a water heater within 1.5 hours. I spoke with my dad after and he was very impressed with Jonathon and his knowledge of what needed to be done. I received numerous texts updating me from Jonathon on the status of the service call. I also received a call after completion letting me know about another issue that needs to be addressed with my dad. I highly recommend High Speed Plumbing.

Highly recommend High speed plumbing! We had a blocked main line, called several plumbers who overcharged, didn’t show, and said we needed other unnecessary services that cost thousands. We finally called HSP, they got us an appointment same day, within a couple of hours. Jonathan Pineda was on time, very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, communicative , and assessed the issue quickly. Had all the tools to unblock and run a camera in a short period of time. Didn’t overcharge or offer other services we didn’t need, and explained everything along the way. Give us great advice to avoid future issues and maintain a clear line. We were very happy with the service , rapid response, reasonable costs, respect, and treatments from High Speed Plumbing. Highly recommend them to anyone for plumbing services.

I could not be more happy and satisfied with the work that this company did for me and my family. Within an hour of identifying a water leak from the main water line to my home, I spoke to Juan by phone who was very courteous and helpful and he dispatched Donald who showed up promptly and quickly located the issue and repaired a potentially dangerous and disruptive situation for my family. Even after the extensive digging and pipe repair outside of my home, Donald came inside and helped me with a small nagging leak beneath my kitchen sink. It was truly a wonderful and helpful experience to an otherwise stressful situation. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Even though it was not a inexpensive repair and it took them longer to get the pipe from the specialty store than to fix the problem! We are thankful and very happy with their service, Ron was curtious and polite.. They fixed a problem that our Home Shield home warranty COULD NOT!! I am happy, my clients are finally able to enjoy their home, and the gas leak was located and repaired within a couple of hours!!

I called them in a panic around 8am and they were able to get someone to my house at 12. Ron McNutt was the plumber who was sent out and he was so helpful! He took the time to explain what was going on and went out of his way to fix the problem as best he could. We will definitely be calling this place again for any plumbing needs!

I initially sent out an email asking if I can schedule an appointment, which went unanswered for about 2 days. Then I decided to call them, and things moved extremely fast. I called at around 8am and they scheduled me for same day at 10am. The guy arrived on time and fixed my clogged shower in less than 30 minute. So I guess, call them instead of sending an email? In general though, amazing service

Our hot water pipe in our slab burst. Several plumbing companies were contacted..High Speed was the one that came through in a pinch, they truly treated our emergency of no hot water like the emergency it was.. Rene and Chris came to our rescue and handled business. Two days later, water back on, reroute of pipes all done.Thank you High Speed, where others failed you came through..and at a fair rate

I had my washer filter clogged and i had to clean it but the problem was that i live in a tri level and my washer driver are stacked inside a little door. so difficult to work with. Called high speed plumbing and they came through in 20 minutes to assess the situation. Chris gave me a reasonable price and carried out the dryer out of this room and got beneath the front load washer and removed the filter. my washer is working fine now! no need to buy a new washer! thanks Chris and higu plumbing! two thumbs up and highly recommended!

The technician came to fix a leak under the bathroom sink. It turned out to be a faulty valve. So he replaced the valve and reconnected the hose, but then the hose started to leak and I was told that the hose needed to be replaced. But I said to the technician that the original leak was not from the hose and he acknowledged that. So to me, the technician must have damaged the hose when he reconnected it to the new valve. And yet they charged me another sixty dollars for replacing the hose. I have used this company a few times and they are not cheap. But after this time, I won’t be using them anymore!Service: Plumbing leak repair
