Having had my A&I roof on new construction since 2001 with no issues whatsoever, they had already built necessary trust. My initial contact was cordial and professional, the estimator came in a timely manner, and removal/installation of the new roof was efficient with good communication throughout the process.Although their cost estimate was very fair, the benefit-cost ratio would've been met had they quoted me even more for the job. Needless to say, I am very pleased with their efforts, from start to finish. Thank you for this peace of mind that we continue to enjoy from A&I Roofing.

Not a customer myself but my landlady hired these guys to reroof the rental I currently reside at in McKinleyville on 8/4 - 8/5.Not speaking for the quality of the work but the lackadaisical cleanup. They left literal handfuls of nails littered throughout not only the driveway but in the backyard where I stepped on one myself with my bare foot right after they left. Cigarette butts and misc. detritus were also found.Considering they are a roofing company and deal with this on the regular one would think running a roller magnet throughout and around the job site as part of responsible cleanup would be common practice. I’m glad it was me and not my girlfriend or any of our pets, and that I found them before we got any flat tires.Dangerous, unacceptable and unprofessional.

I had to be on a waiting list for a year, but it was worth the wait.They replaced my old roof with a new one, and did a super job.They had a large crew of guys, and got it done quickly.They replaced some rotten boards that were uncovered andmade sure the new roof was perfect. Just had A & I Roofing put on our new roof and couldn't be happier! Stephan and crew absolutely great. Lowest and most realistic bid and got the roof on our 3200 square foot English Tudor in 2.5 days as promised. Protected all the shrubbery and landscaping, every day they did a super job cleaning up, and when the job was finished they left the yard virtually spotless...I thing I found three small pieces of shingle. I would highly recommend A & I Roofing to any of my friends!! Thanks for a great roofing experience.

I'm so impressed with A & I Roofing! They re-roofed our house in 2008 and did a fantastic job. They completed the job quickly, professionally, and left zero mess. Fast forward to 2017: I noticed a small stream of water running down the exterior of one of our windows whenever we had a prolonged, heavy rain. Our contractor sealed a nearby gutter end but problem persisted. I contacted A&I about the issue, expecting to be billed for the work. Tom, from A&I, came up with a solution, which included removing some gutter screens I had installed. He sent a crew to make the needed adjustments; a cracked vent was also replaced. I wasn't billed for any of the work.A&I Roofing is great!

We had a roof done over the winter on a commercial hospitality property. The property has manicured grounds and we aim to keep it as clean and orderly looking as possible. Our roof is also quite large and has many owl coves and dormers. Not only did A&I fit us in during the winter at a difficult time, they left no trace!. Everything was extremely clean and they took great care to respect the landscaping and the nature of our business. We have gone through the wettest winter we have had in a long time and the roof is holding up fantastically. We couldn't be happier with the overall experience.

All I can say is WOW these guys are great! Thank you for doing such a great job! A & I Roofing was fast, they got the job done in the time they said they would and completely replaced the roof - it looks amazing - way to go! I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family!

Very unprofessional. I was expecting them to knock on the door and let me know that they had arrived, instead they just started working. Didn’t even let me know they were leaving, I went out to ask who was in charge so that I could talk to them. They couldn’t even give me an answer one of the guys said “I guess that’s me” Is it you? Are you sure? Not much confidence there buddy. Aside from that, they were smoking on the roof and throwing their cigarette buds in my yard. I have a dog that’s always in the backyard and not only could he eat those, it’s just plain disrespectful. Also, pizza crust all over the side of my house and even left pieces of metal everywhere. It’s just dangerous and unprofessional. Not only did they not let me know when they were here and when they were leaving, they also constantly left my backyard gate open. When I had asked them to close it multiple times. My dog is in the backyard and although he is a good dog, he can still get out, it’s happened before and it’s just irresponsible of them to continue to leave the gate open.
