Need the roof cleaned for insurance purposes so called and set up an estimate. Guy who came and looked at the roof for the estimate was professional and personable. Decided to schedule with the company after he came out and did the estimate. Did a great job on the roof, it looks great unfortunately though they did not warn us ( we have never had this service done ) that the job would create a mess around the outside of the house on the walkway and on the steps leading to the front door and on the car parked near the house. Said mess was not cleaned up or cleaned up very well with even some buckets left behind, one partially filled with dirt or moss or whatever from roof or gutters. Called and the lady who answers the phone was nice and apologetic and scheduled for someone to come pick up the buckets and clean up a bit around the front of the house. They came the following morning ( today ) and retrieved the buckets but it doesn’t seem like they did any clean up of the clumps of moss that were scattered around. We have a business we run from the house and clients come and go and we just didn’t expect to have to clean up after the crew. If I could give them recommendations I would say to explain that cars might get splattered with gunk if parked too close to the house and for the crew to do a thorough clean up before they leave a job site.UPDATE: owner Alister got in touch with me right away and offered a partial refund for the inconvenience and also promised to work on the issues i mentioned above. Great communication and resolution to the situation all around. Will likely use their services again.

Humboldt Pressure Wash did an exceptional job, removing the mold from my roof and treating it with moss deterrent, leaving my roof spotless and well protected. They also cleaned out the gutters and washed my solar panels and skylights. The young man I worked with, Nico, was especially delightful and professional. I will be calling on them again during the summer to have them this time Pressure Wash, my sidewalks and such.

The employeeThe employee providing the service was kind but was rushed. The employee showed up between 9:00 AM and 930A M and attempted to leave at about noon for a job that costed $725. There were several areas that had not been touched on the house. Employee was not given proper tools or equipment to provide the services. The employee rewashed the house house and completed the job to the bet of their ability and with the tool provided. Overall the final job was fair and still lacking. I would not hire this company nor would I recommend their services. This company is a perfect example of a company that tried to grow too quickly.

We had an awesome representative come out to our home to power wash two sections of our backyard, the side concrete patio & stairs, and the same for the smaller backyard concrete patio and stairs. He was professional and focused on the job, excellent communication skills, he confirmed the areas we wanted him to focus on. We could see right away he went above and beyond. He paid special attention to the details and took the time to get it done right. I highly recommend this business.

The guys who came out were very nice. There was some mix up over scheduling - I wasn’t expecting them until the following week. The window washing was only ok - since they didn’t squeegee the windows they’re a bit streaky. I’m assuming the gutters are all clear but don’t know for sure - I haven’t noticed anything that would tell me different, and I do know that there was debris in them before you were here. I know my house is awkward but the price seemed steep for what I actually received and the amount of time spent here.

We have a very old carpet and Humboldt Pressure Wash came out to clean it for a very reasonable rate. They did a great job for us, but some tough stains remained. They then came out a second time to tackle them again at no cost to us. Thank you for a job well done!

At our house, Nathan and Shane had to work under very adverse conditions around fence builders and landscapers and many items that had to be shifted out of their way as they progressed. They were professional, respectful, helpful, and friendly about it all, did a very good job in a difficult situation, and made sure we were satisfied in every respect. In particular, they not only sprayed our many windows (some of which are two stories high in the rear of our house), but they mopped and brushed them as well. They responded happily to our requests for special attention to sensitive areas, such as our decking.Clients should be aware that their cleaning mixture uses bleach and can affect your plants, even when rinsed off immediately. It would be a good idea to cover any plants in the vicinity with plastic or tarps if you can before they spray.The whole process, from availability to payment was friendly, quick, and easy. All in all, we're very satisfied and would re-hire these guys without reservation.

Company did a great job, professional, good communication. Only thing is that we realized after the job was complete that many of our windows are not fully sealed to water-tight condition because the high pressure spray created some water leaks onto window sills. This was no fault of the vendor and now we know so we can caulk and seal things for the future. Sal was very careful with plants around exterior of house, took care around our pond, and was careful to remove a bird nest intact so we can put it in a bird box for the bird family. Overall we are very grateful for the service!

I just had them over to wash the exterior, wash the windows, clean the gutters out and clean the roof off and they did an amazing job! They were very punctual and great with communication. They do a great job at our shop, The Game Zone in eureka. And this last visit they didn't give us a hard time for scheduling a second appointment after missing the first scheduled appointment due to a mistake on our part! We appreciated it very much.
