I finally have to say something about the poor service I've recieved from this insurance agency.I've worked with Laura, Daniel and Nick and they all constantly do not follow up and do not return emails and phone calls.More than once our insurance was almost canceled. A claim from Jul 2023 was never submitted. I will be changing agency's at the first opportunity.

Horrible service. I was In a car accident not at fault over 8 months ago and I’m currently still dealing with it. Thankfully I spoke with an attorney who was able to give me a lot of helpful information and expressed to me it seems I should be switching to another company that would do a better job then California heritage. Nick is who has been helping me at this arroyo grande location but he has been more of a problem then helpful. Don’t learn the hard way an go somewhere else for your auto insurance needs!

I have never in my life been more disrespected. First off the receptionist is very rude I told her my name several times and she still called me the wrong name. When mentioning it to Laura she stated they get lots of complaints about her and she is very rude. I won’t spend a dime with them. They are very unprofessional and have yet gotten my refund from not getting my services.

Helpful extremely helpful and in a world where you gotta log on line and something faxed something e maild and proof of whatever or pay to pay more. Heritage just took care of it and I actually paid less in the end. He even said its a lot to pay for a paper and a stick and I really felt like he was on my side.
