I knew that all of our supervisors at Penmar Management favored V&S Maintenance and Remodeling when selecting bids for our client’s properties, but other than knowing that their prices were very competitive and that our clients liked their work, I personally did not have any firsthand experience with them. Our office carpets had become quit stained and dirty. So I asked our supervisors who they would recommend us calling. Without further discussion they all said V&S. We set it up with V&S Maintenance and Remodeling for after hours on Friday. It is now the following Monday morning and when I walked in, I found the carpets looking like new! Not only did they completely remove stains that I thought were beyond removing, they had completely got the carpet perfectly dry over a rather cold weekend.

V & S Flooring came to perform some carpet and floor replacement in late 2021 in my house in Redondo Beach. I really can’t say enough about those folks, owner, manager, and the crew; they did such a magnificent job all the way around. They provided elegant materials and they finished the job in less time than expected, they know what they are doing.The whole team was very courteous and very efficient.I strongly recommend them.

they are no longer reliable. I used them 1 year ago when i got a new office space and they were responsive and did a great job. Sadly, due to landlord's failure to maintain the building we had a water loss and have to re-carpet. I logically i suggested that the landlord call them. the Landlord called then Thursday... it took them over a day to respond... and that was after the landlord made a second call. Then, although i offered to come to their office to look at carpet samples that same day (Friday) they could not accommodate during normal business hours. I asked to call back the following Monday to set an appointment. No call by mid-day Monday so i called.. left a message with a person for urgent call back for appointment that day. NO call back!. Called Tuesday spoke to Jose...was told "...I am not sure why no one is calling you" let me put you though to Carlos".. Spoke to Carlos who acted as if he had no idea who i was. I asked if they were able to do my job. Carlos said: "...well the problem is we don't have any samples because we are switching suppliers". I asked why i was not told that to begin with.... no response. Because of their being inept they delayed our project by at least five days. Thank you all for nothing... that is what i get for trying to send business your way.Update... The owner of this business replied to my review with untruths... actually. it was likely the P.R. company who, apparently, manages their reviews.. " this company contacted me wanting to talk about my review. here is their text to me: "...Good morning... This is Kimm King from the Walter Grace Agency. Do you have time to schedule a call in regards to V&S Carpet and flooring?" I chose not to engage and two hours later they posted the false response. TRUTH: I informed the management company of the building that V&S became unresponsive and ultimately, after three additional calls to them advised that they were unable to present samples. i then asked the management company to go with their original choice. V&S.. your P.R. company person's response shows a lack of accountability... and an opportunity to learn from your mistakes. Same on you all.

Such a great service, they allways provide a variety of options on all 4 diferent departments as well as they always work with an ordained schelude to provide timeframe tasks to be completed on property managers´ behalf. We have also noticed that they now have a department working with us concerning our old awaiting approval providing us options like small discounts and modifications of those estimates if needed! They have done quality jobs that surpass many other vendors. We look forward to continue working Manuel and his team. Thanks!

Worse company owner subcontracts works and exploits workers, when I found out I told them to stop workI do have my relatives info can you provide info on we’re I can’t check your hvac c20 licensing as vs flooring which in the state of CA is required to do any hvac work that cost more than $500. Do you have C20 liscence?
