If you’re searching for honesty and true professionalism in this crazy confusing market you need to call the pros at Bland! They handle not just solar but HVAC, Roofing, and plumbing! Their pricing also is WAY better than other companies out there in the whole central coast area in my experience dealing with them….did not realize how much of a premium those other claimed “Local” solar contractors charge people on even cheaper and lower quality products! If you’re shopping around or just want to make sure that you’re dealing with the right contractor I highly recommend you call them and request a consultation with Oscar and Josh!!! They will come out to your home and give you all the truth about everything revolving around this industry and they’re no pressure, no sales pitch nonsense, no immediate obligation to buy or sign a contract, just really genuine good guys!!!! No contractor is perfect and no one can guarantee that accidents won’t happen during construction, but I do know for a fact that these guys will never walk away from or avoid anything that pops up along the way until satisfaction is achieved, and that’s worth more to me than anything!! Bottom line if you’re looking at your power bill and don’t like paying too much for power that keeps getting more expensive, or if you’re just shopping around and don’t wanna deal with a car salesman style sales guy then make the great choice and call Oscar and Josh and have them help you out!!!

Travis and Matt were extremely helpful. I visited Bland showroom while visiting my mom and step-dad in California. Having researched solar panels for my home in Idaho for many months I stopped in to view the panels and round out some remaining questions about California policies. Being very technical and well-researched, I was very impressed with Travis' knowledge of solar panel specifications and economics. It was particularly helpful to hear the nuances of California's utility regulations as they impact the solar panel installation.Travis composed an initial mock-up of of the house configuration using satellite imagery and software tools with preliminary estimates on the cost and return of solar panel investment. I took this back to my family and discussed the benefits of their warranty program, 1st-year production guarantee, and return-on-investment, which led them to a more formal site assessment. At that point, they shopped around a few companies and decided that Bland offered more valuable guarantees and has a strong history of craftsmanship.Three months later, my family now has enough Bland-installed solar panels on their roof to handle 100% of their average annual energy needs, and are liberally running the A/C on free, sustainable solar energy in this hot Atascadero summer. With their energy savings, they can expect to cover the cost within 8 years, while still enjoying a 25-year warranty on the equipment.Bland Solar does have financing options available and can discuss a variety of rebate program options for which homeowners can qualify.
