Replaced walls, tub and shower surround, toilet and sink together with the flooring. The work was done in a timely manner, bid was spot on without any surprises and was veryprofessional in all hisdealings. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Bland's Home Services is a very reliable company. It's owner, Kai Bland, has the knowledge, experience, and equipment to fix your home's problems, assist with redecorating, or do the remodeling you may desire. Kai makes it a point to arrive on time, fully explain what a job may entail, and leave the completed job neat and clean. He did a major home repair for me recently. It included removing subflooring, removing rotted joists and other supportive wood that had been compromised by fungus, and rebuilding the foundation as needed. Needed some drywall replaced, etc in the garage in August 2023. Kai was initially difficult to contact (very much in demand) but was responsive thereafter. We found the Bland Boys at the perfect time. Our home was built in 1920 and is long over due for a makeover. Kai has fixed/finished many of our self-started quarantine projects and is honest and straightforward. We are very happy with the work and flexibility to our busy schedules. Kai, and his father Mark, make a great team to solve a wide range of nagging home projects. For us they did a bathroom remodel complete with shower and sink demos, installation of new bath and toilet fixtures and all the associated accessories, drywall patching, and painting of baseboards and cabinets. They matched the wall finishes perfectly! At the same time they demolished a concrete slab outside the house that had been a problem, replaced an outdoor faucet, replaced a kitchen water filter spout and made a wonderful under sink floor repair. This is the second time I have used Kai Bland’s handyman services. Kai and his Dad, Mark, work together as a great team. They are punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient, and can troubleshoot in any situation. Their honesty and integrity is that of the highest level. This company is simply the very best folks you could ever have work at your home. I’ve used them twice over the past month and would not hesitate to use them again and recommended them to others. Both times Kai responded quickly via text and scheduled us within a couple days. They put together a patio table with benches first and worked hard to put it together and even went and got replacement parts that were missing. The next project that was a hard top gazebo. They were here working from 8:30am to 7:30pm and made sure everything was done until competition. They were very kind and made sure we were comfortable with the decisions being made throughout the process. Kai and his dad did amazing work! In two days they took down a pergola over our pool that was supposedly full of spiders! They got it done and it looks so beautiful. In addition, they installed a bathroom vanity, fixed a drawer, and installed door trim. Very professional and affordable.
