I came home to a flooded house and had no idea of how to clean up all the water!I found El Paso Restoration online and they were a blessing to my family. They promptly arrived, explained the process and began drying and cleaning out home. Thankfully they also assisted with filing a claim with my insurance company. This company is awesome ! Great service, absolutely professional, and totally empathetic. I was so worried about mold and water damage I didn’t know what to do after a cracked pipe caused flooding. Made the call and a guy came out same day to inspect the roof and walls. I was very concerned with our safety and thanks to Will and his team they lifted all my worries. They kept me fully updated and broke everything down to me step by step. Thank you for such an amazing service. So glad we came across El Paso Restoration! Xico and Will were professional, empathetic to our situation and very easy to work with. We had a leak in one of the bedroom bathrroms and needed to get restoration done right way. Will was super responsive and scheduled an appointment for us with Xico and the team the same day. Xico was knowledgeable and quickly assessed the situation, addressed our concerns and started the work promptly since it was an urgent situation. We are very happy with the work done and the price was very reasonable as well! We would definitely recommend them!

From start to finish El Paso Restoration was amazing. They showed up and extracted all the water from our bottom floor. We told them we were going through insurance and they wrote up n estimate for the entire job. The insurance accepted their bid and they started immediately. The house looks and smells brand new. A negative situation turned into a positive one.

Mitigation demo work was done quick and clean. Xico and Jose were the contractors they sent who went above and beyond to make sure our house was taken care of. Hope we get them both on our rebuild portion. They also found hidden damage the insurance didn't catch.
