We installed solar on our house, but the existing tile roof did not have plywood decking underneath for support due to an older style of construction. We chose Rose based on a recommendation from another tile roof owner. They were unfortunately booked out over 3 months from their bid, but that obviously shows that they are in demand. They came out, had our roof tiles stripped off, plywood and felt installed, and tile back on in 3 days. They were able to reuse all of our roof tiles (minus a couple broken ones) and did a beautiful job reinstalling the roof. Their crew was very professional and communicated with us the whole way. Fernando (supervisor) was also very kind to accommodate our solar installer to put in mounts under the shingles before they relayed the tile. I am a senior citizen who has seen my share of service technicians in my lifetime... from "never again" to "really good"... but none as great as Rose Roofing! Rose Roofing provided excellent customer service and workmanship. We had several roofers come out, and they all told a different story that didn't completely add up. Rose Roofing fully evaluated the condition of our roof, gave us an honest recommendation, and made the repairs as promised. This place has THE BEST tile bone yard available in Auburn or anywhere up the hill. Bring a match and find what you need! We routinely pick tiles for our solar jobs. They have ridge and fascia tile, this place is a great resource!!

Made an appointment for a new roof estimate. Waited the 5 weeks. Apt was confirmed but when it came time for the apt nobody arrived. I called he office and whoever answered said “they must be on their way” again nobody ever showed up, or called to fallow up. Very dissapoined because hey game highly recommended and we waited so long to get an appointment slot.
