They kept me informed of their timing the day of the appointment and did arrive within the window. They came the day promised and completed their work as promised. They provided me before and after pictures and were flexible with payment types (I used Zelle). I guess if I were to nit pick, my only observation was that I had to call them to pay and get the after pictures but were prompt once requested. Overall very impressed with their quickness in all aspects and quality work.

This is my second review for Hadley, Luis and the other folks at CalPro. The real test of whether a company is trustworthy comes things don't go as planned... It's how people handle the hard stuff that really shows who they are.Recently I found mold in my converted garage which led to tearing out walls and ceiling. I asked Cal Pro to add on a garage roof to my main house project. They added it at a reasonable price. But as it turned out, the job was not as straightforward as anyone expected with an odd pitch and scupper and on top of that, I was traveling and not able to keep an eye on things.Cal Pro came out a few times to check on the roof, and even applied an interim solution when I was unavailable and the rain came. They spoke with me several times and didn't give up until they found a solution that they knew would last through our El Nino winter. They were always on my side of a difficult issue and I am deeply grateful for their commitment and care. I recommend them heartily.

We had an excellent experience with CalPro Roofing. We heard about CalPro from our next-door neighbors who spoke very highly of Hadley and his company. Our project manager, Luis, communicated well with us throughout our project and his crew was professional and courteous. We went from a 21-year old wood shake roof to a beautiful 50-year Presidential TL composite shingle and we couldn't be happier! CalPro gave us a very reasonable quote to replace our old roof. Their team was communicative and easy to work with. They came out and did the work promptly and efficiently, they cleaned up after themselves, and they didn't try to upcharge us after the work was done.I have nothing but good things to say about the job they did and the way they did it, and I have already recommended them to a couple of friends. This was one of the best experiences I've had working with a contractor in any capacity. Thank you to Hadley, Luis, and the crew who did such a great job and were so good to work with.

RIP OFF Cal Pro Roofing abandoned the job, took my old roofing material off, took my money and never returned. They never returned then all the rains came in to California. I had no roof lots of water damage they took my $10,000 and never did the job. The crew was telling me that their project manager Abraham is a joke he’s focused on building his house in Flagstaff Arizona.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism of CalPro Solar. It was a huge undertaking to find a good company to install our Solar. i reached out to 3 different companies and decided to go with CalPro Solar for many reasons. I had expressed my concern that the company was relatively new but was assured that it was not how long a company had been in business but how it was run. SolarCity is a prime example.Besides, CalPro Solar is part of CalPro Roofing and they have been around for over 20 years with excellent reviews.Brian Miller explained how solar works, talked about the products they use and how it would benefit us. He was straightforward and never did I feel like he was trying to "sell" me on it. I did enquirer about a battery and instead of selling us on it, he made me realize that it was not necessary for our needs. He left documentation about the products so i was able to determine that they were of high quality at a very competitive price.Once we decided on going with them, installation was quick and we were up and running in a few weeks. The installers were professional and very nice. They had the panels up in a couple of days. They were always on time and even asked if they could stay a little later to finish up so they could get us inspected and up and running the next morning.Communication was excellent. Anytime I had a question, Mackenzie, the Administrative Assistant would answer almost immediately. I had read frustrated reviews about other companies that emails and phone calls went unanswered. That was certainly not the case here.Lastly, my electric bill. I just received my first full month bill after going Solar and as promised, my electric bill is $0!! I will be reaching out to Brian as he is the only one that said to contact him and he will come by and explain the new bill and make sure everything looks good.Again, I can't say enough about how happy we are and I would highly recommend CalPro Solar.

Hadley and his staff Alex had a good attitude through the whole roof repair project. They were responsive, attentive to my questions and requests. They ended addressed the roof leak - didn't give up. Persistent and positive the whole time on site and on the phone. Very professional and responsive. Gave a reasonable quote and stuck by it. Great supporting a local business!

A great experience from start to finish. Took our roof off in one day, put the new one on in a day, and made final adjustments on a third day. The crew was clean and friendly. Overall extremely satisfied. Highly recommend.
