** Do not hire this company if you value your home **They replaced roof and skylight, but did not seal vents or replace skylight correctly, so now we experience major leaks. They won’t come back and fix. Hugo ignores calls, texts and emails. I’ve been trying to get them to honor warranty for two years. A lot of good the SEVEN year warranty does if they won’t even come back.They are not local to Buellton, CA. They are based in Fresno.Edited 8/25/23 *****I contacted a different company for estimate. Minimum cost to fix problems Premier actually created will be $11,000.00.Services: Skylight repair, Roof installation

In December we signed a contract to replace our roof. Finally after many phone calls to get this done I filed a complaint with the state incense board. Never returned phone calls or had any contact with us. Filed the complaint to get our $1000.00 deposit. Worst company ever and very bad representives. Be ware. Just read a review stating that I received my deposit back. I did not receive anything back from them and now they won’t receive my calls. Also the address that they list in Buellton is fake. They aren’t in Buellton.
