Called to request an appointment for repair work. Kevin (rep) immediately asked how we were going to pay for the work. Once advised, they hung up and would not answer my call back. I called back on my personal phone and after announcing who I was, Kevin hung up on me again. No response of, sorry we cannot help you at this time. NOTHING! SO Unprofessional!!!

I called and set up an appointment for an inspection on a time sensitive request. They never showed up for the time of appointment. When I called to find out where the inspector was I was told the appointment had been cancelled but they never once bothered to give me a courtesy call to cancel. They never apologized or explained. And was told to wait for a call back on a rescheduling. Completely unprofessional!
