My experience with Create Construction was excellent. Initially hired for a two-bathroom project, we expanded the scope to include sanding floors, painting walls, and redoing a fireplace, all with a tight deadline. Yarin and the team managed to mostly adhere to the timeline and accommodated last-minute changes seamlessly. While they may not be the cheapest option, their pricing is reasonable, considering the quality of work. Though we didn’t utilize their design solutions, I’m pleased with the outcome of my first renovation project with them.

Create Construction was a fantastic partner to work with on our kitchen remodel.First, we didn't know exactly what we were looking for when we started, but their designer and the project manager were excellent - they really came up with a design that I loved, making the absolute most of the space, and moderning the kitchen while staying true to the house's character.Once construction was rolling, they did a great job. We encountered some delays with the city, and the project manager, Yarin, really does everything he can to expedite a resolution and get us back on track.The building finished on-time, and the result was beautiful - it lived up 100% to the design and even more. The quality of work, from the cabinetry to the tile to the finishes, was all excellent. Yarin did a fabulous job on my deck. He was very conscientious, courteous, always on time, and I trust his work completely. His prices are fair. He did not try to up charge me on anything. "Yarin did an outstanding job with the complete remodel of our condo in Santa Monica. We did a significant amount of work on the 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, den, and kitchen, including changing the layout in some rooms and hallways. This is the second major remodel we have done in LA, and this time it went much smoother. Yarin and Kim were both very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, and the web portal made it easy to track the progress and pay invoices. With any big construction project, there are going to be hiccups along the way, and with each challenge we faced, Yarin was reasonable and honest about making things right. If you are looking for a trustworthy contractor in the LA area, I highly recommend Create Construction."

They were trustworthy and we never had to worry that they would not follow through. Any concern we had they were eager to work with us and make sure we were happy. My expectations of our home remodel/addition have been exceeded with Create Construction! They presented a very detailed and organized plan for our project and completely stuck to the plan and have transformed our house into a beautiful home. They have a very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant supervisor who oversees the project. It was a bonus to have someone in your house every day who was respectful and attentive to every detail of the project. Also, whenever I had a question/concern, they were always available and always presented multiple solutions to solve whatever concern had popped up. We had an excellent experience working with Create Construction on our ADU. The biggest takeaways for us are the strong communication and the high quality of the work.From the very beginning of the planning process through final inspection, Yarin was thorough in all communication and very collaborative. He was always reachable when we had questions and spent a lot of time answering our questions, explaining processes, and problem solving with us. Any snags or delays in the process were clearly communicated so we understood what was going on with the project at all times.Yarin was also helpful with the decisions along the way, especially in terms of cost-saving. He would explain different options and how they would impact both the cost and the quality. We always felt like we had enough information to make decisions with confidence. And there were so many decisions to make!We're so happy with the work that Yarin and his team did. Ben Sviri was helpful and communicative throughout the process - we especially loved the google sheet with exactly what materials we needed to pick out. Thanks to Create Construction for my two bathroom remodels! I had a leak coming from my upstairs bathroom to my downstairs bathroom. It was a huge mess and my husband and I were so stressed due to unexpected costs. Not looking to remodel, we met with Yarin who was amazing, and helped us through the whole process from start to finish. He seemed to really care and was very thorough from the beginning. I did meet with other companies, but ended up going with Create because we really liked how detailed oriented Yarin was about everything.The information and quotes we received from him, compared to others, confirmed that we made the best decision.
