All Climate Roofing owner, Charles Petri, was very thorough from beginning to end in performing maintenance on the roof or our 24-year-old, 2-story home. He walked all over the roof looking for existing issues and the potential for future problems. He took “before” photos for us (and his crew). We quickly agreed to his very fair price and the next day his crew fixed everything. At day’s end, Charles took “after” photos showing the work that had been done. Now, Linda and I are confident going forward that our roof is in good repair.

We got a few bids for roof repairs we needed due to a leak in our ceiling. We went with All Climate Roofing after talking with Charles during his assessment and estimation. Really appreciated the time he took for the estimate and in explaining his recommendations, using what we could see during the visit from the ground, pictures he took while on the roof, and, his knowledge in projecting for future problems that we could address before they became problems - things that had been neglected or gone unseen for a while. He took time to explain risks, recommendations, and provided the how and why.His team did a great job when completing the project. They were timely, friendly, and neat throughout the process. No mess. Really appreciate Charles and his team and would use them again when it is time to replace the roof in its entirety.

We developed a leak after 30 years. Charles walked us through several ways to fix the problem. The work was efficient and his crew excellent. Charles was on site several times to oversee and review the work. He discussed the progress with us and the work was done nicely. Clean up was flawless. Charles inspected the roof himself and gave us an estimate for the cost of the roof repair/replacement and the possible charges that were not included in the original estimate. Those charges won’t be known until after the roof is opened up. The roof work won’t take place until hopefully in May .Lucy was also helpful in answering the follow up questions regarding clarification for the different types of roof. Will give a review after the work is completed.I highly recommend this company.

The workers were great and cleaned up every evening. This was a big roof with a very steep pitch, but they handled it like the pros they are. We had to have our roof completely redone due to this past January's wind storms. All Climate Roofing (ACR) had other jobs ahead of us and they were will worth the wait (we waited 3 months). Work was completed within 2 weeks. In addition, their was structural damage from terminates and dry rot.Charles and his crew did a great job. Both Charles and Lucy are wonderful to work with, flexible, down to earth people. His crew arrived on time everyday, worked late (6pm) and most impressive of all: cleaned the job site daily. Charles provides and recommends high end materials and his greatest strength is designing custom fit parts for the house and he visits the job site daily. The final cost of the work came in way higher than we expected. Once the old asphalt shingles were removed, Charles showed me that the old plywood was improperly aligned, and that there was termite damage, which required additional materials and labor. It didn't help that lumber prices skyrocketed after we arranged for the work. But it's better to do a job right than fast and cheap. The crew did a great job with the work and we're very happy with our new roof and with the various repairs they made. They also cleaned up every day when they were done, and even more thoroughly when the job was finished, which we very much appreciated. Thanks guys!Service: Roof installation

We used All Climate Roofing to replace our tile roof. We could not be more satisfied with their work. The crew are very experienced and professional. Charles, the owner, was on the job personally monitoring the progress and quality. Our roof has complicated structure with turrets and many roof facets. When the roof was removed, they also found a good amount of badly damaged wood in the areas where were leaking previously. Charles gave us a very reasonable price to fix all the damaged wood and we went ahead with it. The quality of their workmanship is excellent. We can tell that both Charles and the workers really take pride in their work. The other thing we noticed is they kept the job site organized and cleaned up of all the trash, debris and nails at the end of each day. Overall a very well done and managed project. We highly recommend All Climate Roofing to others.
