Had Roger and his crew do a tear down on the shingles and replace the old ones and do a overlay on the back part of the house which is a flat roof.Very friendly and efficient, his guys did a great job and I'm highly pleased with the results.Roger also did a little extra for me on a overhang above the front porch. His guys removed all the rotted wood and then trimmed some beams coming out of the house and finished the top of them with metal.All in all I'm highly satisfied and I'm sure you'll be too, if you choose Campbell Roofing.Service: Roof installation

Please read this comment before any action. They did the new roofing,new gutters and gutter guard for my house in Los Gatos last year. Surprisingly It took them 3-4 weeks to do it instead of few days, they claimed they needed city permits! Later the skylight was wrong size, it took them 3-4 months just to come back and remove all the nails that were sticking out through the woods around the building despite getting paid right away.now after 7 months and multiple texts and calls to fix the gutter and gutter guard that was wrongly placed and torn,despite telling them that the gutter guard is not the reason for this problem they came without a notice and try to fix just the gutter guard. We have used Campbell Roofing 2 times. The first time was about 7 years ago for a roof leak insurance job. We are the original home owners 23 year old house and the builder did not install roofing products correctly and the roof was leaking for years but not bad enough to be noticed, years of drought. But as a result of the years of leaking dry rot started and when it failed we had a very bad leak. Campbell Roofing fixed all the outside problems. The second time was a water leaks from a window but I thought it was the over the garage, different from the prior incident. Campbell Roofing came out fixed the flashing and the roof twice but because I was wrong thinking the roof was leaking when it was the flashing on a 20+ year old flashing on a window that has failed. I would use Campbell Roofing for any future roof repairs.

I had Campbell roofing come out to give me a quote. Took about a week after the appointment for them to send me a quote and then another week to schedule the work. They said they’d be coming on a Saturday morning but only gave me “the morning” as a timeframe. I waited on Saturday until noon and no one showed up. I tried to call and email but no one responded. Finally, on Monday around 1:00 someone got back to me and only said “sorry for the inconvenience” with no explanation. They asked if they come this Saturday. I asked if I could get any kind of discount given I had waited an entire morning and no one showed up. They said no. Not wanting to risk another no show I decided to go with another vendor. This new vendor was able to give me a quote over text message after I sent him some photos, scheduled the work immediately after I said ok and the price was lower. Save your time and look elsewhere.

Campell Roofing has done two major re-roofing projects for me. I selected this company based on comparison with experiences I had with others. Campell quoted a fair price and performed an excellent job. They used first class materials, performed as scheduled, cleaned up thorougly and were very friendly and professional. They even fixed a few minor problems for free that were not scheduled.I will ask them first if a new roofing requirement comes up.Thank you, Fred Wydler property manager.
