My first experience with a contractor, so I wasn't sure what to expect. GPI was great to work with and their workmanship was everything I had hoped for. Their daily clean-up also very good and I appreciated that. They answered all my questions and handled all the details once decisions were made. I also love the way GPI handles documents and billing, very convenient for me. My projects had structural plans and permitting that took some time before we could even start the work, but GPI managed it all. I'll call GPI again, if/when I need more work.

GPI did a fantastic job with our home addition and kitchen remodel. They helped us with creating the plans then handled the entire permitting process with the city. Gabriella and Barukh managed the project on time and within budget. Mauricio and his workers were professional and kept the work site clean. The office was always responsive and helpful. GPI Builders turned our kitchen dreams into reality. The transformation was incredible, it’s now a space that perfectly balances functionality they took care of every detail and even recommended some ideas which mademy new kitchen worth the price. Everything was done in a good time frame and the communication between GPI Builders and my self was amazing! While searching for contractors for a kitchen remodel, we were contacted by GPI builders who offered to come and give us a free estimate! I was super shocked and happy that they weren’t trying to charge us for things we didn’t need and even gave us suggestions when we were clueless about how we wanted to make the transition. We would definitely recommend GPI Builders for kitchen remodels they took care of everything including dealing with the city, etc .. we look forward to working with GPI BuIlders again in the future and we appreciate all the hard work!

I needed to upgrade three bathrooms as they were out of date and code compliance. Barukh Benamin made a reasonable offer that was comparable to other offers I received from builders around the bay area. However, GPI builder's reviews were what made me go with GPI builders. The reviews are/were right on.GPI builders delivered the expected remodel professionally. The crew Jorge, Josuae and Martin (Spellings may be incorrect) were always on time.The office crew (Kim) delivered on the paperwork (lein releases etc) and scheduling inspections.There were some delays, but not related to GPI builders. Overall I am very happy with this company for the job they did. Highly recommended.

We hired GPI Builders a couple years ago when we remodeled our bathroom. We decided it was time for a bigger renovation since our house had most of the original materials.We had a great experience with GPI the first time and decided to get another quote from them.Our project manager, Dima, took care of everything, helping us coordinate designs, plans, and the start date for the remodeling.At the second time, we had the whole house remodeled (kitchen, floors, paint, electrical, plumbing, and stucco).Everyone is very nice and polite, and we really appreciate the crew being flexible some of the days when we needed to work from home.They are efficient and very knowledgeable.I will highly recommend their services, we couldn’t ask for a smoother experience.

We had nothing but the best experience with Gpi Home Builders. From the very beginning Dima was incredibly responsive and helpful with great ideas on how to turn our 50 year old kitchen into a place we thoroughly enjoy to spend time. The entire remodel, from demolition down to the studs to a fully finished kitchen, including new flooring, electrical, plumbing work and insulation, new cabinets and counters, took less than 6 weeks.The crew is fast and pleasant, very important since we were all together in a small area for over a month.Dima pays attention to all the details so we felt very comfortable. We are so satisfied with our new kitchen and look forward to working with them on future projects.

Had the pleasure to work with both Ben and Omer on our home addition. From beginning to end communication was great. Throughout this 8 month project, any concerns and questions were addressed quickly.They had some great recommendations for different vendors that we ended up using. An added plus was their in-house design service (included in the price estimate) which we took advantage of and were very happy with.We had a few hiccups along the way, which was expected with a project this size, but most importantly all were addressed and taken care of. GPI builders did a fantastic job for us building an outdoor kitchen and fire pit for our home. Ben Giat was our point of contact and project leader and I can recommend him and the GPI team with the utmost confidence.Last summer we contacted five different contractors through Yelp, had home visits and interviewed them all. We felt most comfortable with Ben and GPI builders. They had the best style of interacting with us, and presented good ideas without being pushy. They also provided what felt like a very fair price for the work we wanted done... not rock bottom (some folks felt kinda "cheap", but also not exaggerated.) Even better, they came in on the final work right where they said they would in the initial estimate, even though we had a few minor changes here and there, that Ben accommodated.For the first stage, once we engaged with Ben - we shared and brainstormed ideas. Then before they started any work - GPI sent out there in house designer Didi, who put together 3-D models that helped us visualize and refine our ideas. Ben also played a big role in the design, particularly helping us pick out materials based on pictures from the internet and magazines we shared with him. One particular standout was that we ended up going with an Equinox automated louvered roof system, that allowed us to change the shading on our patio based on the sun. GPI had never installed one before, but Ben and the GPI team rose to the challenge of working with the vendor to install it.For the most part, almost all of the sub-contractors Ben pulled in were top notch. There was one exception who gave us a lot of trouble, but Ben put in the effort to chase down the sub-contractor and when we couldn't get them to perform, he found another sub on short notice, and helped us get our money back from the first one.All-in-all our outdoor kitchen and installation is exactly how we had imagined it and provides us with a lot of family time, and now that COVID is abating, we have started entertaining to lots of oohs and aahs and compliments.I will definitely seek to work with Ben and GPI builders again on any future jobs and would recommend them highly.Below are some pictures of the kitchen when most of the work, but not quite all was done and before the roof was installed. Hence why the Tyvek is still on some of the drawers and the roof louvers in the background. The job is now done and we are loving it!Service: General construction

We hired GPI builders to demolish and redo travertine pavers in our front yard and to add a pergola to the backyard. Shahar was the project manager, right from the first meeting till the job was completed Shahar was really professional and kept us updated every step of the way. I worked with some other builders to get competing quotes and in the end we decided to go with GPI builders not primarily based on the quote but based on how courteous and professional they were. Once we signed the contract, we were impressed by how quickly they mobilized their crews. We signed on a Friday and the work began on Monday! The crew for the demo, pavers and the pergola were all super professional and they knew exactly what they were doing. Everything was done within two weeks and we couldn't be more happier with the outcome. This was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a company. Raz built a covered deck for our home, and the finished products are excellent. Raz used quality materials, he listened carefully to what we wanted, and he was meticulous in his designs. He came up with several ideas that saved us money without compromising our needs. The workers arrived on time everyday and were friendly and professional. Our neighbors were impressed with both the workers and the deck, and they hired Raz to do work on their homes.
