He was not at all pushy. He explained about the Tex-cote and what a great product it is. Seriously, I would have signed up for the exterior painting if I am able to afford it. I had an appointment with Representative Paul Marino of QualityFirst Home, I would have to say Paul was the most informative rep I have ever had. I’m in need of placing the window pane only but he took the time to explain the product which is apparent he is proud to sell and to educate homeowners of the quality of his product. I wish it had worked out because the product is amazing. Thank you Paul for the time you spent at my home, if I am ever in need of replacing the entire window, I will surely consider this company.

Never had their service, got a quote for their roofing, it is 42K. Turned it down as it is almost twice of a well reputable roofing company. Got a call from their sales and asked me to meet their manager in person to hear their wonderful discount, I made to the appointment at the time they asked for 7:30pm today, they bailed, because I failed to answer their phone calls. Yes, I failed because I was in business meeting. It turned out their wonderful offer is 39K. I politely asked them not to call me again. I hope this team heard me. No way their wonderful offer will win my business. Bye, I hope I will never find out how good your quality is. On top of that, when their manager called me, the first thing he asked me for is why I asked him to give me a call? What kind of attitude is that? Are you kidding? I am a potential customer who might be interested in your service, is that too much for me to ask you about the new quote? This team is ridiculous. They called me almost every week, they have so many numbers to call from, I am tired of blocking their number.

Ed and Fred came out (after accommodating many reschedules, thank you!) and provided straight talk, with concrete info from a knowledgeable and experienced expert in the field, alongside a down to earth, pragmatic sensitivity as to what our bank account could and could not do right now, that was delightfully refreshing and very much appreciated! The presence of gentlemen like these two in this company is what keeps me coming back to Quality First every time my accounts are in the more cooperative state.. 👍. Gary Greenheld is Pleasant, knowledgeable, easy to work with.It's been 3 months since the new front door went in. The installation went smoothly. I now have an issue with customer service. There is a defect in the glass panel of the door and I can't get any response on how this will be fixed. I have contacted Quality First 3 times and been hung up on all 3 times. I will revise this review if I ever get this issue resolved. It's a shame too, I really like the door and now everytime I look at it I get angry.

He is very professional with his job, he explained very clearly, including materials, license, permit, and the workmanship. All of the above are excellent. And special he is very honest and very kind/generous as well. I highly recommend to everyone if you do patio/room enclosure or roof. Select the Quality First - you will have a peace of mind. They came when they said they would. They performed the work in a timely manner. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. They worked for 8 hours and had everything installed. Very detailed inspection .To have solar panel installed checked our Power supply heater, explained what will happen in the next few years. So this way system will have enough capacity to handle the load. The other companies that came out or did zoom No one told us this or did such a complete check. I can see thousands of homes are going to have upgrade needed that other companies did installs that don’t have capacity to handle the additional demands.Great service.Service: Home renovations

UPDATE: as of 8/30/2023 STILL NO RESOLUTION, NO PGE PERMISSION TO OPERATE, CSLB complaint filed.Terrible experience getting solar installed. Lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and overall bad service. Sales people came by and SOLD us on the companies ‘exceptional’ quality ‘first’ but not one bit of the service was even close to expectations. First, they never called in advance about scheduling a date for installation, the panels just showed up one day. When I called they said “we were hoping to install TOMORROW”, no advance notice given, just assumed we were going to be available whenever they decided. Install went great but that was done by a subcontractor who was not an electrician employed by the company. After the install no one contacted us at all about what to expect (inspection, contact from financing company, ANYTHING), we had to call and email numerous times to find out what would happen next and whether everything was complete/job was finished. The individual we were in contact with lied multiple times that the inspection was scheduled (I checked the county scheduling system myself and had to call them out on it that the system did not indicate a scheduled inspection). We were told three times the inspection would happen, my husband even took off work one day and all three times, no call, no show, not even a courtesy the follow up with us. We were always having to contact them and it would be DAYS before we got a response that lacked any type of explanation or apology for no call and no shows…. To this day, we have yet to gain access to the solar system’s phone app that monitors the system and battery. They also informed the finance company the job was complete BEFORE the county inspector had even been scheduled. I am still waiting for this to be resolved, but I would NEVER use this company ever again.
