Roscoe is amazing! The most professional service provider I ever used for my house. Good communication, he will always get back to you asap. Price is great! And the best part is that he will coordinate and arrange all the services that need to be done before, during, and after your roof removal & installation. In my case, I have solar panels + pool heater panels which Roscoe advised me what I need to do first and next. He even coordinate with solar & pool heater service companies for me.His crew is super fast and know what they were doing. He even brought their own porta-potty and drinks cooler so his crew can work efficiently and have everything they need. Even after the installation, I contacted him for my gutter replacement and he even helped me with that. I had water damage in the ceiling due to the big storm early this year, so I decided to replace roof which was over 20 years old. I asked several roofing companies come to give me quote. Roscoe did the best inspection, he checked carefully on the roof, provided me useful info and solutions, the quote is fair and competitive, while other company’s inspectors just simply used drone flying over or took a quick look on the roof. Roscoe always provided me detailed solutions when I had questions, also when I need to check the samples again, he come over to provide me immediately. Western Roofing’s crew is also great, they worked hard and professionally. Mike the owner is also one of the crew members, he is respectful, experienced and knowledgeable. I was satisfied with Western Roofing’s service. Highly recommended.

I misjudged the longevity of my quality shake roof—which had been applied 38 years ago. The 64 inches of rain last year caused a dark line and then a swelling in my living room ceiling. Almost all of the reliable roofers from decades past were gone. In July, Roscow Hurry from Western Roofing systems showed me some tile samples, and revealed that his crews were already scheduled into October. My old roof had more than a few fist-sized holes in it and plenty of smaller ones. I asked Roscow if he could fit me in before rainy season started. He mentioned mid-October as a probable start date, but he would see what he could do. I trimmed back a tunnel of shrubs to allow the large tear-off truck to make it down my narrow driveway. That saved me $1,000. In late August, a job cancellation enabled Western Roofers to finish the work here, including gutters and downspouts, in less than four days-- well before mid-September. I chose the economical Malarkey asphalt tiles, and they look as good as the higher end architectural roofs in my neighborhood, at a thrifty price. Many thanks to Western Roofing Systems for their courtesy, and follow-through.

Great Experience!Our metal roof started leaking on a Saturday during the recent January storms. I called Western Roofing for help since they claimed to specialize in metal roofs. I learned the hard way that not all roofers know how to properly lay and repair this roofing material. Their technician, Omar, was at our house to assess the situation within a few hours. More rain and wind were on the way so he was not able to complete the repairs that day, but he did secure a tarp to keep us dry. As soon as there was a break in the storms, Omar was scheduled to return and the repairs were done quickly.Here's why I am giving them 5 stars:- the cost for the service call was applied to the total repair cost AND the overall cost of the job was very reasonable- they were at my house quickly on a rainy, Saturday, holiday weekend and sealed us up. That was a big relief.- I could tell from my conversations with Roscoe, the company rep, that they knew their stuff. Roscoe was very clear in all of his communications. He clearly explained the problem, how it would be fixed, he set expectations on when I would receive the estimate and when they could do the actual repairs.- Omar was equally knowledgeable, professional and courteous.- a two-year warranty on their work- they are licensed, insured and bonded. Roscoe and the team at western roofing are fantastic and couldn’t have helped us at a better time. They fit us in just before the rainy season and worked with our specific situation. Further Roscoe was very helpful in providing the different roofing products they carry with the pros and cons of each without pressure to choose one over another. We ended up installing a stone coated metal roof because of its many benefits over traditional asphalt shingles, similar to the benefits of standing seam metal roofs but much more cost efficient. Communication was easy and helped ensure the details were executed as expected. Quality workmanship, quality products, and competitive price. Another thing to note is that many roofers don’t install stone coated metal roofs and will only quote traditional asphalt shingles. Highly recommended and very happy we found these guys.

I don't normally leave many reviews, but I recently had my roof replaced by Western Roofing and I have to say they did an amazing job. I am a first-time home buyer and Roscoe worked with me the entire way so that I always felt comfortable and knew exactly what was going on. My old wood shingles roof was about 30 yrs old and I decided to replace it with an asphalt roof 4 weeks ago. I did my research on pricing and online recommendations of several roofing companies, and finally decided to go with Western Roofing Systems. I must say, I am not disappointed. The pricing was very competitive; the workmanship was very professional. Just yesterday, we had a torrential downpour; I inspected the gutters, inside the house (including the garage) and I could not see any leak. Pleasantly surprised!..Because, two of my neighbors who had their roofs done last year had leaks.Roscoe was the rep from WRS whom I was dealing with. I had the best customer service from Roscoe: he was very responsive; he was very attentive and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Their customer service can not be beat, period.They are patient, understanding, have great communication channels, fast response, and always there. Roscoe didn't take the deposit and left us, he came back several times to reassure us of our situation with replacing 25+ year old shake roof, provided samples as needed, as well as honest input every step of the way. He made sure what we decided to do sit well with us throughout the entire time.Work done; quick and clean tear off, set up easy and quick, they made sure things were out of the way, neatly tucked aside so there's no interference with our daily in and out access. Roscoe and Mike at Western Roofing Systems were great to work with. They back up their work and their roofing systems even 2 years after install. We had some roof eves that were rotting out, to no fault of the new Metal Roof, and they still came back out two year later and replaced the eves for us. I appreciate contractors that back up their work and are willing to repair what needed without any back and forth. All I had to do is ask and the eves were replaced a week later. At first Roscoe suggested to replace our old wood shake roof with Boral Steel. But we wanted to have a shingle roof instead since we thought that a metal roof would be noisy when it rains. After we researched about the ventilation issues associated with shingles, we learned that a metal roof was indeed much better in terms of keeping the house well ventilated and reduce energy costs. We also learned from friends that Boral metal did not create noise concerns when it rains. Most importantly, Roscoe patiently explained all the technical details, inner workings of the metal roof and the installation, as well as why it was much better (not more expensive either) to go with metal. Throughout the re-roof planning and installation process, I liked to know how and why. Roscoe is more than willing to go the extra mile to explain things clearly and spend the time to keep me well informed. He even helped to reduce our two custom sized skylight replacement costs by a significant margin. Francisco, who installed the roof, skillfully performed the job like an talented artist. This was all done at a price that beat estimates by other popular roofing companies. Our 22 year old asphalt shingle roof started to develop several leaks, especially where the roof penetrations of the solar panels we had installed 9 years ago were located. We contacted several roofers. Roscoe from Western Roofing Systems was, by far, the most responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and patient contractor. With his guidance, we settled on a boral steel roof, hooks for the mounting system for the solar panels can be slid under, so hopefully, we'll never have to deal with leaks from the solar system again. He provided us with references and install addresses where we could take a look at the colors and feel of materials we were considering.... Finding a solar company that could do the removal and reinstall of our old panels while expanding the system proved to be very challenging, it took us a couple of months. Roscoe stayed with us through the whole process, and we now have a great looking roof that will last us for a loooong time....The tear off and rebuild took less than 2 weeks. Please be warned that at tear off, it's going to rain old roof in your attic and garage....the tear off crew does clean up after themselves, but there's going to be leftovers on your driveway, I vacuumed it carefully for old nails, otherwise, you and your neigbors are at increased risk for driving over one. Francisco of WRS expertly installed the new roof in a couple of days. After they were all done, we had a problem with a vent, Roscoe promptly sent somebody over to correct the situation, very responsive customer service. Totally recommend!

I changed the roof of my house in August this year and Western roofing Systems did an outstanding job. Roscoe came over to provide a cost estimate. We were new to the process and Roscoe patiently explained to us all the details of replacing the roof, the various options we had, pros and cons of each option and suggestions of where we could save on cost. He provided a very competitive price quote and the decision to go with Western roofing systems was an easy one. They had excellent testimonials and have a definite expertise in installing metal roofs.The team did an excellent job of replacing the roof. On the day the roof was to be torn off, there was a sudden change in the weather and the forecast said there was a 50% chance of rain. I raised the concern with Roscoe and within an hour he rescheduled the tear down to another day. The team was excellent to work with and ensured that minor details were taken care of to our satisfaction.

Bunch of time wasted going back and forth scheduling the work, doing paperwork, HOA approval, etc... Guy comes out here and says he flat out can't do it and that the roof is too high, (says you'd have to get a lift / scaffolding??). Doesn't offer any alternative solution / contactCalled LG roofing and they got the job done without a problem using a ladder!
