If every roofing company representative could be like Christian at Bumble Roofing then we could all breathe easier knowing that we were in very good hands. Christian demonstrated an honesty rare among contractors and did not try to sell me on costly repairs I simply did not need. No contractor can possibly do everything right one-hundred percent of the time, but when the first person you encounter at a company is as savvy and helpful as Christian, you know you are off to a very good start!

Horrible company that negligently damaged my driveway during the project using a 35,000 pound skidder machine to load a pallet of roofing supplies. If you want a roofing company that will care for your property while re-roofing your home and not try to absolve themselves by blaming the homeowner for their negligence, find a better company.

This company promised everything in writing. The job is horrible! The tile is so bad it’s unbelievable. The Forman even admitted it. The company won’t even respond. The rain will be here soon. They got the job done, but there were a few hiccups along the way.It was easy to get a quote and their pricing was fair. However, they did not know that LA county required cool shingles so I had to upgrade the shingles after signing the contract (about $700 more) which delayed getting the permit.Once the job started, I did not hear from the project manager, but no big deal, the roofers came early, left late and worked all day in the hot sun. It was not until day 4 that I realized they were putting in the wrong valleys (I chose metal valleys). Apparently the supplier left out the supplies, the project manager did not communicate to the foreman and they didn't post the permit/work order on the door. The roofers had to stop work while they got it sorted out from the supplier and project manager. They had to remove some of the installed portions and redo them. Hopefully these areas dont leak in the future.The end product looked nice with low profile vents. At the end Armando came for a walk-around and cleaning which I appreciate. I had to do very minor adjustment to the flashing and sealed a few nails after they were done.One thing I was not expecting was all the debris that fell in to the attic after roofing so I hire an attic crew to come clean up.

Bumble Roofing was professional from the start. I had three layers of old roofing on my house and I knew it was going to be a big job. I made an appointment to have an estimate to replace my roof. They came out to measure and look at the overall needs of a replacement. They walked me through a proposal and sent samples to choose a design and color.After a few more estimates from other roofing companies I decided on Bumble Roofing and I am glad I did. After I sighed the contract they got to work.The team that worked on my roof worked nonstop they even obtained the permit. It took two days to rip the old roof off, one day to repair and replace rotten wood, and another two days to lay the new roof. I chose GAF material for my new roof and they followed all of the warranty requirements from GAF so I know it will last a long time and it is covered by the warranty if anything needed to be fixed.The roof came out great and just in time with all of this rain. If you need a new roof I highly recommend Bumble Roofing.

We had some damage on our roof when a raccoon tried to break into our attic which was a minor fix but due to the estimated age of the roof I figured it might be worth getting the whole roof replaced. I had a few companies come by to give us assessments and they told us the roof (other than the damaged part) is in good shape and has at least 5 more years before we need to consider replacing it.The estimator from Bumble did not give us the same assessment, instead he said that its "our call" if we think the roof needs replacing. It was a very odd experience getting an estimate from them as the estimator did not seem very knowledgeable and was focused on selling us a re-roof job that wasn't necessary.

I had these guys do an estimate on my roof through Google earth. I Found a much better price with a different company. They cold called me eight months later out of nowhere, I immediately told them that I was not interested. The guy calling me would not take no for an answer. You could tell he got real upset when I kept telling him no, so I hung up on him. Immediately Within 2 minutes of this weird aggressive sales call from bumble Roofing, my phone rings 6 or 7 times within a short amount time from private numbers, blocked numbers. I would answer, and just hear somebody breathing on the other end. I would hang up and get a call immediately afterwards . Never had this happen in my entire life with my cell phone. If Google would like to contact me to verify the validity of my claims, I would be more than happy provide screenshots of your estimates that you sent to my email. You guys cold called me eight months after you gave me the estimates, and I said I was not interested, but your salesperson kept trying and kept trying. I said leave it alone.
