Sunshine was amazing! They arrived at 8 AM with a true workforce and a sense of humor. The forecast was rain in the afternoon and they got the roof beautifully finished before then! They also worked around two issues to make sure we didn’t get held up. One out of three skylights came with the wrong flashing kit, but they were able to make one for us. They also offered to come back a second time to install the downspouts after my stucco is applied… Working up to the install day, Sunshine patiently updated our agreement as I changed my mind a couple times. I ended up getting shingles, but they gave me a really excellent price for standing seam metal.I recommend sunshine roofing highly! The roof looks beautiful. Even the flat portions match the shingle color and I can’t see any seams. Truly, a pleasure to work.
