Having to have your home repaired after extensive water damage is stressful, but I have to say 770 Home Remodel did an amazing job making a really overwhelming process enjoyable!Roza and Zoiya were literally angels helping keep things organized, work with our insurance agent on our behalf, and even coordinating with different vendors for cabinets, flooring, and more!My new kitchen looks absolutely amazing! The crew that did the install and pack away were really kind and efficient. Literally, there is no downsides to working with this company. The next time I need a remodel done on my home I am calling them back!

After having a toilet overflow and flooded our home 770 Water Damage & Restoration came to our rescue! They were on time, cleaned up the mess got in the Packoutcrews and Maria n Julio n all the crews were fantastic!The remodel phase which I truly thought was going to be the hardest part wasn't at all thanks to Zoiya who was simply amazing! She helped us from start to Finish and is such a wonderful n kind person! Shecoordinated with me daily on whom was coming to our home and what scope of work to be performed. She made our disaster that much easier to deal with. Wishall contractors could work this well n efficiently. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!Would like to also thank Carlos, John, Pedro and Luis as their work was absolutely spot on and they were professional n cleaned up daily. As a housewife to not have to clean up after a contractor is a sheer Blessing!Services: Home renovations, Home repairs, Drywall installation

I was referred to 770 Home remodel from 770 Water Damage & Restoration. They assured me that this would make the transition from water damage mitigation to reconstruction seamless.When I first called, they explained their process of waiting for the insurance adjuster to send an estimate before creating their own.They never sent their own estimate nor the contract. They wanted to work off of the insurance adjusters estimate and get started working ASAP, regardless if the paperwork was done or not. When I asked questions regarding the contract, I was made to feel as if my questions were annoying and irrelevant.When the contractor arrived at my home, we started noticing the discrepancies in the work I needed done, vs what they were told to do. I called the offices, and spoke with Rosa and Zoiya several times to figure out what went wrong. They told me my insurance adjusters estimate was not enough to cover all the work that was written. I was quite frustrated that they disparaged my previous questions and then didn’t communicate with me what needed to be done before the contractor arrived. I reassured them I’d get the approval and money for the additional work, and begged for them to finish everything in one day (it was a small job). They refused. The money was approved (same day), and I got confirmation from the contractor that they’d return the next day.That night, I get a late night text from the office stating they had not scheduled the contractor to return (when I had taken the day off work to supervise). When I called the offices, they told me I should be grateful that the work was being done as fast as it was, and it was my fault for not getting their additional money. I had to reschedule for a much later date, with little communication from 770 Home Remodel.Following the completion of work, I was hounded relentlessly for the final payment. The offices called and texted from several different phone numbers. My overall experience with 770 Home remodel was quite unpleasant. I would not recommend their services until they learn to communicate better on the office side. The contract work itself was adequate, but the way I was spoken to as a home owner was disrespectful.

My rental house was flooded as the tenant was moving in. We contacted Zoiya at 770 Home Remodeling and she had a team out there in less than an hour. Zoiya's team not only did all the water remediation, she lead a team of subcontractors. I am pretty detail oriented, so when a sub didn't want to take responsibility for moving a washer and dryer, Zoiya just stepped in and handled it.Not only did they do the water remediation, they also took care of the remodel. The remodel looks amazing and I am very happy.Being detail oriented and picky, it's hard to please me. Zoiya's team not only pleased me, but they have won me as a customer for life. It was so amazing to work with someone who was able to lead and handle things such that I didn't need to get too involved. It's a rare thing to find such reliable companies- With 770, I did.Services: Painting, Repair water fixtures, Flooring, Home construction
