This place is so friendly and incredibly helpful! I walked in not knowing what I was looking for what I was doing. Right away this young man named RYAN greeted me and started helping. I told him why I was there and right away he got into the project details with me. Even though, I was not gonna buy right away he still helped me out.I have not purchased yet, but you can bet that I will be going back there and making all my roofing material buys from there moving forward.Service means everything and this place has it!

If you deliver load to this place Good luck, Forklift driver's talk to each other more than working on unload your truck took them 4 hours to unload my truck, park on the street whole unloading take a good nap there.

Family owned business. Though they manufacture and wholesale, they sell to general public. Their prices are extremely fair. I've seen people show up with broken roof tile and they just give them a tile.Get there before 4:30. They have a drive-through back warehouse lot. Park in the front and pick up in the back

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unfriendly, unwilling to help, unable to return phone calls, unable to do anything. Our $4K roof tile order took more the double the time to get to us than promised, and the people at J.B. were completely unable to help us tracking the order. We called twice per week for months. They also screwed up our first order which set us back another couple of weeks. If there were competitor this company would be out of business.

Lazy workers. Every time they unload a pallet they have to chat with each other first before continuing unloading. As a truck driver you must expect to lose at least 2 to 3 hours with them.
