Jason and Jeremy are perfect gentlemen. They both went above and beyond our expectations assisting us with home repairs. The work done was beautiful and it is wonderful to see the home repaired. We appreciated all the hard work, including the tarping of the roof during a driving storm that sent a tree through the roof, and all the water clean up. An excellent crew led by Jason and Jeremy. Project Manager Jose came out to our house the very same day we called CRBR. He was right on time and got straight to work. He was a very clear communicator and was extremely knowledgeable. His calm demeanor was super reassuring and was happy to answer all of my questions with kindness. As an out of town landlord, Jose and his team have been absolutely amazing taking care of the issues we were unable to in person. Prompt and frequent communication from him made being so far away, much easier. He also worked very well with and was very knowledgeable about our homeowners insurance and what we needed to do. I was calling to get some information about some storm damage done to my mom's house and I happen to talk to Samantha who had the best guess service over the phone she was calm she was really easy to talk to by the end of the call we were laughing but Samantha 2 thumbs up.I just wanted to add to my response to the great guest service with another team member of this company his name is Nicoy. He was great courteous he's always been on time actually even early always answering questions very friendly. And very nice how he had talked to my mom who is A senior citizen.. It's always nice to have great guest service out there..

Considering the nature of our storm leaks, CRBR Property Damage Services was very responsive and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Amy and Nicoy were great. NO was a last resort answer from helping us dismantle, move and then rebuild most of the furniture on the storm side of our house to encouragement that the bad part is almost over and that "We will live through this!". Their only shortcoming at this stage was the need for wardrobe boxes for our hanging clothes..CRBR was out which was more of a management issue. I hope that today's inspection and subsequent reconstruction go as smoothly.

I got a vanity installed. I had a couple questions about the installation because it wasn’t exactly what I thought and I had been out of town. I called in the PM, Jeremy and talked to James the division manager. No more than 15 minutes later Jason the Super came to my house. Addressed my concerns and fixed them all with in the hour. Then he called me to make sure all the changes were still working great! I love that they heard me and addressed my questions!

I've worked with the professionals at CRBR while as a claims examiner. So when the fires broke out I knew who I wanted to perform my work. As with any large catastrophe, there is more work than any business can possibly handle. I knew my friends at CRBR would work with me to get me back into my home. It may take longer than you anticipate, but it is worth getting the work done right.

Highly recommended for any dirty job. CRBR customer service was friendly and professional. Jill specifically in the cleaning dept was an absolute delight to work with. CRBR was able to accommodate a quick turnaround while still providing quality results. Great value, I was working with a limited budget. They were able to do above and beyond what I had expected for cleaning a property in a very remote location with no water or power. I would trust they can get any type of cleaning job done for an affordable price. I will be using them again for future jobs!

CRBR came out to clean my carpets and my area rug at my office. The estimators showed up masked (which made me very happy) and were efficient in their measurements. I received a quote on the spot which I approved. It worked out well that they were able to do the carpets the same day. They are very clean and my office even smells better. I wish I could give a zero rating. I had a horrible and stressful experience with this company for so many reasons. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Just had my carpets cleaned by Cleanrite Buildrite. I was very impressed with their thoroughness and timely completion of the work. The guys were very polite and great communicators. Customer service is a priority with this company. It's nice to not have to worry about if you are going to get what you pay for. Cleanrite Buildrite is the best company to hire for your cleaning needs. Their price was under their competitors and their service is unmatched. Thanks guys! You'll be back!

We used CRBR to remediate our smoke damaged home after the Camp Fire. The damage was severe and they had to repeat the treatments, but it was definitely worth it! It allowed us to move into our home. They even had cleaners who used non toxic cleaners made with essential oils. Our only negative, which wasn’t entirely their fault, was the 2 month wait time where when we needed to find another place to live. But considering the chaos after the fire, it was understandable and well worth the wait

Following a leak in the kitchen of our rental, CRBR was quick to respond and had dryers and dehumidifiers set up within 24 hours. All the workers have been courteous and good about communicating with us about times. They worked directly with our insurance company to get reimbursement for dryout and repairs.

I really liked the enthusiasm of the workers. However, there were no repairs made. Just clean up for almost $3000.00. I'm not sure if that's a good price or not, I have never hired a fire clean up before. Hoping I never have to again. The workers are very professional, and can be trusted in your home. Clean Rite is THE BEST! Our dining room , entry and hall wood floors were water damaged ....at the same time my husband was gravely ILL. The Clean Rite crew were very sensitive to our situation.
