Called an made an appointment for Steave to give me an estimate at my clients home. I'm a local restoration contractor an needed the attic insulation removed an new installed. He never showed up as scheduled and after an hour of waiting I finally left. When I finally got a hold of him he made up excuses why he is late. He finally shows up, talks to my clients and does the estimate. I ask him to please email me the estimate. He never did email it to me. My client called him several days later to see what was going on with the estimate an he was very rude to her. I will never use nor refer this company ever again.

After receiving many estimates from local insulation contractors, I decided to go with Loerke Insulation. From the first contact with Kathleen Loerke, to the promptness and professionalism of the insulation installers, I was very relieved and pleased to have a company that was knowledgeable and dependable to do my three homes. Steave came out to give us an estimate. He was on time and very professional. After poking around and squeezing into our tiny attic crawl hole he let me know sadly there was nothing they could do for us. Our cottage style roof had minimal to no insulation and our only option to replace was to remove drywall or replace our roof. Steave was nice enough to explain rigid board, how we could get it at Home Depot and then explain it is something we could do ourselves if we had the skills needed. I am so glad to have an honest company in our area. If we need something else in the future we will be reaching out to Loerke again.

Driver driving at unsafe,high rates of speed. Wondering if the owner of the company is aware that their driver is driving at probably guessing around 100 mph.

I’m not even sure what this mans role is for this company, but his name is Jesus. After speaking with him once, I promise you no one I know will ever consult to this company. Jesus is rude, disrespectful, shows no respect for employees, & needs to be fired. He hangs up on clients because he is little minded & cannot handle situations.

Karen is completely delusional and Kathleen needs to learn how to speak to customers.The whole Loerke Family seems to be a little off....WATCH OUT!!
