We had a major flood in our condo. David Barron and his crew did an excellent job repairing some extensive damage and putting everything back together exactly the way it was prior to the flood. David was very easy to work with, and his crew was very careful and professional. They seemed like they truly care about the quality of their work, and our satisfaction. David took extra care to get an exact match for our carpet and floor tile which needed to be replaced. The paint matches were perfect.Additionally, we had an awful struggle with our insurance company. David went above and beyond to help us resolve all of those issues. We recently had Barron Design complete an overhang/balcony for our home. We can't tell you how happy we are! It turned out great! Much better than we could imagine. But that wasn't the best part. It was David and his crew! From our initial consultation and through the design and construction process, he and his team was there every step of the way, paying attention to detail and open to our ideas. They showed up everyday and on time and always kept us informed. A rarity for contractors. We plan on using them for our future home projects. My wife and I retired. We booked numerous cruises. Then Covid19 hit.Since we were going nowhere, we decided to completely remodel the house, new tile bathrooms, tile floors, kitchen cabinets, granite counters, all new windows, painting and bring my 1978 house up to code. We also wanted the outside taken care of, such as an outside sink with granite top and painting.David Barron was my general. He hired the best craftsmen. Every room was redone. My wife got a walk-in closet. I got air-conditioning. The many ceiling lights that David installed make a huge difference in confort.Previous owners had made numerous changes, such as ceiling fans and lights, none by code. After 9 long years of waiting to paint my home’s exterior, it is finally completed and I love the final result. I interviewed 4 other companies but I never felt ‘heard’ or ‘understood’. I have been very indecisive, mainly because I couldn’t decide on colors. This is a large expense and I needed the help of a painter that was confident, had a lot of experience and could assist me in my decision with colors. They did a heavy duty demo and remodeling job. Deck removal, Sliding glass door removal replace with new windows, new roof, electric work. They work very clean and fast and meet all deadlines. They handle the permits and take care of any added work that needs to be done at the end. They even do design and planning. I wish I would have found them sooner. I will turn to them again for sure.Service: Remodeling
