I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this company is. Every aspect of the job they did was top notch. Truly professional and also an amazing team. Johnny we met first who is in sales, and you could tell he wasn't just trying to sell us a bill of goods, he believes in his product and just showed you what they can do, and lets you make a decision. No pressure at all which was very nice. Once we agreed Charlie coordinated it, incredible guy who made sure everything was done and we would get everything we needed. Hector and his roofing crew were incredible, knocked out the job quickly, while still taking their time to make sure it was not only a quality job, but the best job possible. You could tell they take a lot of pride in their work. And Hector even told me, when you have a warranty as good as and as long as the one you get from them, it makes a lot of sense to make sure rhat it's a quality job done right otherwise they would just have to come back out again. Not only did that make me feel good about the job they were doing, but also about the warranty. Alex and his team of painters did an insanely good job, the attention to detail and hard work they did can not be overstated. And the job Jose and his team did made my family so happy. We had a hole in our ceiling from the hurricane, but the work Jose did is so good that not only can you not tell there was ever a hole there, but truthfully my ceiling looks better than it did before. I'm not even sure how that pulled that off. This company is incredible and I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family or call them to meet any of my construction needs. The sales person Jonny was very friendly and a good salesman. We agreed to use Help Your Home California for roof. We waited 2 months before they came to start the roof. They came on a Friday to take the old roof off and left me with wholes in my roof through the weekend. I laid in bed at night and could see the stars. Needles to say I had to survive the weekend sand storm with holes in my roof. They did not start the work until Tuesday and by Wednesday the workers had quit the job and did not come back. They did a terrible job at patching the holes they had left on my roof. I called Charlie to let him know how unhappy I was. He never came to check on the job see what was going on. Needles to say they finally showed up at 3pm on a Friday to finish the job. They did not have the correct tools to cut boards for my roof, The roofing guy brought his child with him to finish the job. It was a total circus. I will say he did a good job with repatching my roof. The whole processes and job was handled unprofessionally. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! Especially for the money we paid for our roof.

They remove the old roof and install a brand new roof in a week... Whole process went smooth with zero issues. Very impressive. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.We went from a black color roof to a desert tan color roof.I included a before and after photo.We're also planning other projects and upgrades to our home and we're definitely going with "Help Your Home California" for our future remodeling.

Had 3 windows on front of my house replaced. They were professional and it was quick. These windows are on the west side and in the summerThat side of the house gets hot. These windows keep heat down now so my power bills will be reduced.

We had windows that leaked... or maybe more accurately we had unsealed windows to the framing with no architectural overhangs. So we had Help Your Home California come out replace the windows and fix the leaks. Honestly now our situation is worse. Not only do the windows still pour water in our rare rainstorms, now the Anlin windows they installed have staggering dust issues in just moderate wind. We have to vacuum out the windows at least quarterly, it's embarrassing. Honestly I could've done a better job myself as a software engineer.Service: Waterproofing

We had 6 windows installed today. Very friendly and fast work. once the windows came in they were able to install them same day. Office staff is very nice and eager to please.After we signed, though, we didn't hear anything back at first. We were told it would be about 6 weeks or so, after 6 weeks I called and was told the manufacture told them it would be about 6 more weeks. I just wish they would have been in touch regarding something like that. However, they really strived to correct the situation that was out of their control.The windows do look great.

Shortly after a fallen tree had ruined a large portion of my roof, a Help Your Home California representative stumbled onto my doorstep with information on everything I needed to know. We quickly scheduled an appointment for a free consultation and within hours I had a walking, talking brochure at my residence to explain the amazing products and prices they offered. They were able to completely fix the roof and it looks better than ever. We are also in talks for some life paint, which sounds like a fantastic addition that will improve the value of my home for years to come.

Our experience was working with Johnny Wilson. We were interested in replacing our windows. He explained everything thoroughly and provided us the information needed to make the decision to move forward with replacing all our windows. We hired another company to textcoat our house promising us a price for a lifetime product then after they started and it was all down hill from there. they damaged our house and said that the initial estimate was a mistake and we needed to pay thousands of dollars on top of the price we agreed on. so we fired them. then a gentleman came by and offered us a estimate so we set an appointment. The representative from help your home came by his name was Tyler he helped us fix the mess! we got our house beautifully coated and looks new! he told me and my wife the price would never change even if there was hidden damage he didn’t see upon inspection it was all inclusive and stuck to his word even though we had a lot of moisture damage in our stucco that they had to repair that wasn’t visible until after they started . They even fixed the other companies damages thank you help your home!

These people do a great job. Needed new windows installed, so contacted HYHC to come out for a consultation. Johnny gave us the most thorough and in-depth overview of their windows, and I was sold. Rude customer service, installers were awesome but the actual company was just trash. I let them know I was in the middle of refinancing my home and had to wait for a month and a few days later installers showed up. Had to deal with their even ruder lawyer who acted like a child and got agressive with me over the phone threatening to put a lean on my home... do yourself the favor and avoid these scam artist at all cost! They wouldn't even provide me with a legit copy of the contract...all of these reviews they create themselves don't believe the lies...
