My renovation was just completed in record time. Quality work and speed are seldom used in the same sentence but for Golden Heights I will attest to both. We had the kitchen island remodeled, the counter replaced, cabinets painted, all the flooring replaced, bathrooms update, etc. It was a big job. We were unable to leave when the work was going on so the crew was very understanding about noise, dust and our comfort. Renovations are not cheap these days and this one wasn't but the end product was worth the money. A huge complement to Alexis our project manager. on top of every detail, immediate response by text even after business hours. A joy to work with. The crew lead, George, was invested in my happiness with the quality of work and making sure he understood my responses to his questions. Small or large, Golden Heights is a great company, they outline every step, they are great communicators and they deliver what they promise.

I hired Golden Heights remodeling to do the construction on my house. I initially contacted them for a full kitchen remodel. I ended up closing a full kitchen remodel and a guest bathroom with them. I am very happy with the results of both the kitchen and bathroom. My project manager David was very hands-on and always available when I had questions I needed. David was very responsive and I really enjoyed working with him for my project. We highly recommend Golden Heights Remodeling. We initially got quotes for our kitchen and bathroom remodeling but later on had our roof done first as it started to show some signs of leaking. We work with David and he is very pleasant and good communicator. He was always prompt to respond and attentive to our request/questions. We recently had remodeling done in our kitchen and bathrooms prior to moving into our new condo. This was our first experience having this type of work done and we were a little uneasy anticipating how things might go. However, from our first meeting with the project manager, Amir, we knew we were in good hands. He took the time to listen to the details of what we wanted and clearly explained the process to us. His communication throughout the project was excellent and he was very responsive when we had a question. The team doing the remodeling work led by Carlos did a great job. Carlos is extremely knowledgeable and skilled and went the extra mile to make sure the work was completed to our satisfaction. Our project manager was Carmit and she was excellent to work with from the initial visit and quote all the way to the finish of the project. I met with three different contractors and I ended up choosing Golden Height Remodeling to renovate my entire home. When I met with David he made me feel  comfortable he was professional and the price was very competitive. David gave me realistic expectations regarding budgets and time frames. We used GHR to remodel our Kitchen and two full baths. We love the look of our finished projects! Eran and David were wonderful to work with. They checked in frequently throughout the duration of the project to make sure we were happy with how everything was going and to see if there was anything else we needed. Nevo and the team at Golden Heights Remodeling did an amazing job on my partial bathroom remodel (replaced some subflooring, new tiles and baseboard, and installed a new toilet, fan, vanity, mirror, and light). Their quality of work is fantastic and I love my new-ish bathroom!I also appreciate the prep work they did to protect my house and the things in it while they worked (taped down some paper walkways, covered furniture in plastic).Before starting the project, Nevo was also very patient in answering all my questions about pricing since it was important that I stay on budget. After getting different quotes from different remodeling business, my husband and I decided to go with Golden Heights because they offered the best and reasonable pricing. Initially we just wanted our master bathroom remodeled, but we ended up remodeling our guest bathroom as well. Michael, Eran, and his team did an amazing job remodeling both our bathrooms. We had some miscommunications but they were able to fix and resolve the issues. Michael was our project manager and main point of contact. He was always on time for our meetings, answered our phone calls/text messages, and made sure we meet our deadline since we were still living in our apartment. At the end, Eran did a final walkthrough with us to make sure everything was working and that we were happy with the final results. Thanks to Golden Heights we finally have two beautiful bathrooms!

Nevo came by to my house, spent hours explaining the job very thoroughly and the next day gave me a detailed and thorough estimate. Very nice and went above and beyond in helping me understand what was going on. I wasn't entirely sure yet what I wanted to have done, and I'm pretty new to renovation ideas, he gave me great advice about what I should look for and things I should consider.
