Green Bay Remodeling did two bathrooms, kitchen countertop, carpet in the whole house, family room tile, as well as drywall repair and painting in our house due to water damage. It was a big, 5 months long project. I am very happy with the project managers Eden and Omer. The project had many tasks that needed to be aligned and planned, and different crews needed to come and work on different areas of the house. The work was just completed and I am happy to have my house back and two new bathrooms and kitchen island!Everything looks great!

Green Bay Remodeling just finished remodeling our kitchen and it is gorgeous! We worked with both Eden and Omer and were impressed by their professionalism, knowledge and speed. Omer helped us with design as well as navigating the hiccups that arose. The crew was respectful. knowledgeable, and worked hard to keep the worksite, as well as the rest of our house, clean throughout the project. Omer did an amazing job of keeping us in the loop about what was going on. They guided us through the whole process and continued all the way through the touch-ups at the end until the kitchen was perfect! We love our new kitchen and are planning on working with them for another project soon!

I could not be happier with Green Bay. Everyone there is professional, kind, thoughtful and takes pride in their work. Our designer, Sam, was able to come up with a beautiful kitchen/ dining/ living room design for a difficult space that made the house look brilliant and intentional. Once construction was underway, our project manager, Ariel, was in constant contact with us, keeping us updated and fixing any problem that came up. I had heard horror stories from friends about other contractors not showing up for weeks on end. Not so with Green Bay. Someone was here every day for the entire 6 months of the project. We had Green Bay remodel our single bathroom and are very happy with the results. What we are most impressed with is Green Bay's continued support of the job to ensure that we are happy with all aspects of the work.As with any construction project, especially in an older home (ours was build in the 1930's), there are issues and surprises that come up and have to be addressed. Even after the project was completed, issues popped up and the team at Green Bay (Jay and Omer) was always responsive, would go out of their way to come to the house, look at the issue, and quickly rectify it. We've heard too many stories from friends where their contractors, especially at the tail end of the job have abandoned them and this is not the case with Green Bay.If you are looking to do anything from a bathroom, to a kitchen, or something more extensive, I highly suggest contacting Green Bay in Concord to bid your job.

Green Bay Remodeling just completed the remodeling of our bathroom and I am totally happy with their job. They were very systematic in doing their work in well defined steps and each step was completed in an efficient and satisfactory way. From the design of the work to selection of the materials to actually executing the job, each step happened in a timely fashion. The job manager Alon was always there, everyday informing us about what was planned for that day or week, and the workers who did the job also kept us informed. We just finished our kitchen remodel I hired Green Bay, Joseph is my Project Manager I am impressed with his work ethic very Professional and the rest of the crew very hard working. Aside from kitchen remodel I also change my flooring and upgraded my main electrical panel Joseph recommended it for our safety because the existing has no shock installed and outdated we increase the amp from 50 to 125. This was 2 bathroom remodel. Alon Attias was the Project Manager. The work is complete and I am happy with the remodel of both bathrooms. Tile work excellent, floor work excellent, electrical and plumbing outstanding. Daniel was the lead worker and communication with him was outstanding. We had the *BEST* experience with Green Bay Remodeling! Our home turned out better than we could have imagined. Ariel, our Project Manager, was knowledgable, friendly, responsive, and always acted ethically and professionally. He also gracefully navigated heated design disputes between my husband and I, and I'm happy to say we are still married!! (haha) We appreciated Ariel's sincere desire to have the project come out exactly as we envisioned, regardless of whether it meant extra work for his crew. Ariel gave us a realistic timeline of the work (though we were delayed 11 months by the city's permitting process) and actually finished well ahead of schedule. Ariel went well ABOVE AND BEYOND with efforts for a very beautiful outcome and happy clients. Our construction team was careful to clean up any mess at the end of the day and was very respectful of our deadlines, schedules, and our tenant (who lived in her little cottage throughout the noise and inconvenience of construction). The construction bid was on the high side of those we interviewed but we very much appreciated not being "nickel and dimed" as friends were experiencing from a different company at the same time. The bid price they submitted on the contract was what we paid, despite the price of lumber going up enormously and unexpectedly during Covid, and we liked that we paid in stages as work was completed. This was a large kitchen remodel, turning a bedroom into an open-concept extension of the kitchen, adding a large deck, replacing floors, and painting (we also upgraded media and HVAC through other companies happening during the project and our construction team worked well with them). I wholeheartedly recommend Green Bay Remodeling to anyone looking to make the construction process less of a headache and to achieve a beautiful end result.Services: General construction, Remodeling

He manages a project with wholehearted enthusiasm and professional ability like few people I’ve seen in business. He can address issues fluently verbally and in writing, which is not common but very beneficial to a project. He’s dedicated, communicative, and available to help with any problems that come up. Remodeling sometimes has surprises that can’t be predicted. Even though he didn’t have to, he helped me work through a challenging situation with an HOA in a way that I know no other contractor would have done.Performing a major remodel project is stressful. Noy acts like it’s a partnership to get through a remodel successfully. Noy makes it more than tolerable. He helps a person feel supported. In the world today, that means a lot. I began writing this account of our experience in 2020, on work completed by Green Bay Remodeling in January 2019, but wanted to give them ample opportunity to respond to my privately fielded calls and complaints. However, on December 31st, 2022, a day of record rainfall in San Francisco, we experienced several inches of indoor flooding as a direct result of work done by Green Bay Remodeling. We now have indoor water damage, an open claim with insurance, and I’m sick of waiting for them to privately address their numerous severe workmanship failures.During our garage conversion project, Green Bay Remodeling removed a slab of our foundation to bury water pipes for our new bathroom. However, they did not properly replace the slab, so ground water is able to seep through the cracks along the perimeter of the replacement. We first discovered the issue during construction when ground water seeped into the space as a result of heavy rainfall. We addressed the issue then, and they claimed to have solved the problem. But, the leaking persisted every time there was heavy rainfall. Prior to 12/31/22, this meant that we had water pooling in our garage along the cracks. (I called and left multiple voicemail messages about this since the work was completed, but never received a call back.) On 12/31/22, a day of record breaking rainfall, we discovered several inches of standing water throughout our garage and finished lower level as a direct result of the slab Green Bay Remodeling improperly replaced in our foundation.We hired Green Bay Remodeling to do our garage conversion project in 2018 and our experience was horrendous. Our project manager told us pretty directly that we were not his highest priority despite our six-figure spend.The wood floor installation was a nightmare. It was ripped up a couple of times and we still ended up with multiple areas that are noticeably not level and dip when you walk on them. We have a light switch that was installed on the wrong side of the door, lighting that wasn’t installed per our agreement, the doorbell wiring was pulled up to install the floors and was never replaced, the new baseboards do not match the old baseboards where they meet and look sloppy. Paint marks were left on the brand new bamboo floor, and scratches were left on the newly installed marble floor from the toilet and the vanity installation. The crew that poured concrete left a huge chunks of cement on our back patio and even removed the drain grate because the cement wouldn’t drain otherwise when they washed their shoes at the end of the day. This completely clogged our outdoor drain so badly that during the next downpour of rain, we nearly had the entire project flooded (yes, there is video of this). Our project manager missed inspections so many times that the inspector started to charge for additional inspections, and the list goes on. (I have photo, video & text threads documenting of all of these issues)Over two-years later, we discovered that one of Green Bay’s contractors installed dry wall over a carbon monoxide detector because it started beeping. When we finally figured out where it was at 11 pm, we had to rip down drywall from the inside of the water heater closet, knock the detector down with a pole (because it was still several feet from the water heater closet) and pull it out with a small rake in order to stop the beeping. (I’m sure you can imagine what a nightmare this was. And for us, this was the last straw- or so we thought.)Expect complete incompetence with a lasting impact of you decide to hire Green Bay Remodeling (think, drywall over a carbon monoxide detector, indoor flooding level incompetence). And, don’t expect a response if you reach out with a complaint. I have submitted several complaints to them since our work was completed in 2018, and have not received a response.I absolutely do not recommend hiring Green Bay Remodeling. I was looking for a contractor to do my flooring roof and bathroom and I had a meeting with Greenbay Remodeling to be honest one of the most professional companies I’ve sat down with, and not to say one of the nicest project managers I’ve met, which is name is Shon. Sean came every day to the project and made sure everything was working to my satisfaction and to make sure that we meet time management and to be honest with you guys. He was able to finish the project a week and a half before completion and listen to all my small details that I had in mind he was very detail organized very prompt very intelligent. I highly recommend going with Sean from Greenbay Remodeling one of the best project managers I’ve seen in a long time.

I just finished an addition on my Eichler home here in Walnut Creek. I was referred to Green Bay Remodeling by a neighbor who also got some work done on their home as well. The process took a little under 5 months from planning to completion and they made the process so easy!! Eichler homes can be pretty difficult to work on but they made it so easy for me and I was able to see on a 3D rendering prior to demolition and it gave me a good idea of what I was getting myself into. It was not the lowest bid but it appeared to give the most support during the project. The support form the Project Manager was exceptional and the workers were excellent. After interviewing several other companies, we decided to go with Greenbay. The team did multiple home visits to get a clear picture of our needs and even walked us through some potential issues with the water management on the property which could affect the build. We really apricated their honesty, especially since getting that fixed was unexpected and could mean we reduce the scope of work for our remodel. They worked with us to get a contract we felt comfortable with and set up people to come out and provide an assessment and estimate to get it fixed. But what really sold us is how easy they have been to work with. They are organized, call/show up when they say they will and have an online portal in place to track the project and billing. We haven’t started the real work yet, but so far they have been great and I would highly recommend considering them.

I had a fantastic experience with Green Bay Remodeling. I hired them in the December of 2020, and they redesigned and renovated my kitchen in March/April 2021.They really suit well for busy people who want a top-notch luxurious bathroom or kitchen renovations. What makes them stand out for me is that I do not have to deal with multiple contractors; they are like a one-stop shop. I had to only co-ordinate with my project manager for all my questions, and they also provided real-time updates through their software. They work end-to-end, and they take care of the minutest of details. In addition, the team was amicable and prompt. The quality of work done is very high, and every guest of mine is praising my new kitchen. I have already recommended them to all my guests!
