Thanks to Green Group and our project manager Ron Gabriel, my family are enjoying the beauty of new kitchen and bathrooms everyday. The remodeling included removal of bearing wall to connect the kitchen and family room as one space and this idea was suggested by Ron during the first meeting with him. I had some other idea originally but he did not simply follow mine and suggested this new idea after looking into the house carefully. And his idea made Green Group's proposal different from the other ones from other companies. We decided to go with him, and we observed that the idea was realized as we expected in the end.Ron was also very responsible during the project. He listened to every new requirement and proposed solutions. Whenever we found issues and complains he fixed them with no delay. Most of all he provided the best people who met our needs. As we had some delays with permits from the city, we had very tight timeline to demolish the bearing wall and finish the kitchen work before big family gathering in the summer. It looked almost impossible when we finally got the permit but Ron found rightful resource on right time for somehow and they finished the job on time.Honestly I would not say they are the most economic choice in terms of cost and money, however, I can tell they left no regret at all when the project was finished.Services: Outdoor kitchen remodeling, Kitchen remodeling

We worked with Jacob as our general contractor from Green Group Remodeing, and he did a great job with our place! We redid our kitchen, did new hardwood floors throughout the house, and took down a wall between the dining room and kitchen. The house looks amazing now: it is so much more comfortable and the limited space we have is much better utilized. Jacob was really flexible about adding additional scope in the middle of the project, such as a fireplace removal. My wife and I had been itching to transform our backyard since the day we moved in to our new home, and Green Group Remodeling helped us achieve our vision. We worked with Jacob - who's great: very communicative and flexible - and his fantastic team to build a beautiful Redwood deck, flagstone patio, and contoured garden spaces that truly fit out needs. Like all construction projects, there was back and forth, and sometimes initial discussions or plans don't always map to expectations. This is where Jacob and Green Group really shined. Seeing what we initially planned for the flagstone patio come to life, there were a few aspects of the design that weren't sitting well with us, but Jacob reacted to our needs and ideated with us in person, and we arrived at a beautiful solution very quickly. Over the summer we were looking to remodel a bathroom in the basement in-law unit of our home. This project was not large in scale, but highly complicated given a tight space and the age of our home (100+ years old). Also, bringing the bathroom up to current building code required a significant amount of intricate work, especially with the plumbing and electrical wiring. We sought several bids during our process, and upon meeting Jacob we knew that Green Group would be right contractor for us! Jacob was honest from the get-go about the potential challenges of this project and told us up front what would be required in terms of the complexity of the work, cost, and timing. We appreciated his honesty, fairness, and willingness to be flexible should issues arise and changes need to be made to the project scope.The Green Group crew could not have been more hard-working, honest, and nice to deal with. They are just good people, and moreover excellent at their craft. The crew worked to a fast timeline and performed well in every facet. One could not ask for a more professional group, and people who are just hard-working, patient, and pleasant to be around! We had multiple changes to this project, and a very difficult process to obtain City approval of the work. Through it all, Jacob and crew handled themselves professionally, patiently, and with the utmost integrity. Communication was excellent, as Jacob reached out to us daily with updates and to answer our questions (we had many through this process!!!).Perhaps the ultimate endorsement is that we gave Green Group more work upon seeing the excellent results in our bathroom! They ended up renovating the adjacent office space and storage area of our home, and we are equally pleased with their quality work. We cannot recommend Green Group more highly. They are honest, fair, and nice people to work with. Moreover, they get their work done professionally, on a timely basis and with high quality. We had an old and unpermitted in-law unit that the previous owners built badly and was gradually falling apart. We solicited 3 proposals, and even though Green Group's was not the cheapest, we chose them, because Jacob, the project manager gave us good and practical advice. We then went to expand and renovate the in-law unit, retrofit the garage with sheet rock, new lighting and storage, and build a new deck and railing outside.Throughout the process and through challenges with the permit process, including the need to install sprinklers and a water tank, Jacob and the rest of the team kept giving us good advice. They were responsive, quickly correcting any issues and professional, making sure we were happy with the result. We ended up having a beautiful unit, garage and deck within our budget and with minimum hassle. Hye my name is Shai and I wanted to share my positive experience with GreenGroup.I live in a ADU that was remodeled from an old garage, and I must appraise the work GreenGroup has done here.My project manager was Adam, and I can't say enough about the professionalism and caring I was given during this project.I live in a dream studio apartment that Includes a walk in shower, spacy bathroom with tiles floors and walls, a U shape kitchen with a big peninsula for plenty of space when bringing groceries or cooking, and don't get me started on the appliance such as a wide TV mount, Bluetooth connecting exhaust fan in the bathroom, bench on shower, it really feels like every small detail was taken care of, and I am truly grateful for the work they did. I can't say enough how happy I am with Green group Remodeling. Thank you Daniel and Adam, our dedicated project managers and Saul and his amazing team who came in almost everyday in the past 4 and a half weeks... From the start, we felt confident that Green group will be able to build our dream kitchen. Their pricing is very reasonable. They may not be the least expensive but we felt that we get high quality work that's far beyond worthy of what we paid for. They are knowledgeable and have a complete team of experts that help taking care of our remodeling needs from start to finish. They took care of almost everything from engineering, design, permit until the final inspection. We communicated through WhatsApp on a daily basis and the project manager is very responsive and they stand by everything they said they would do. From the start, we felt that our project is in very good hands. All the suppliers who are contracted with Green Group are of high quality, professional with wide variety of high quality selections. We are extremely happy with the team of contractors who work on our home. They were very trustworthy, professional, courteous, punctual, very responsive to our requests and work tirelessly with smile on their faces. They always cleaned up after work each days. Our project was estimated to be done in 6-8 weeks but it was done in 4!!!!In short, we are completely satisfied with Green Group and felt lucky that we chose them to remodel our kitchen and living room. Our kitchen remodel experience with Jacob and the GreenGroup was excellent. We were renovating a 70s era kitchen, but not just modernizing the furnishings and appliances. We were also knocking out a pass through wall and moving the sink back to the building wall under a window where there used to be a wet bar. We were also opening up the kitchen entrance which involved knocking out a couple of small walls.A few observations about GreenGroup and jacob’s team in particular:Jacob has really good people working for him. The team was clearly a group of regulars who have done numerous jobs with him. A shout out to Axl and Andy in particular, although every member of the team was a pro.Jacob has a good eye for design and helped us visualize our project and make the right choices with regards to materials, layout etc. He’s very enthusiastic about what he does and it shows in the quality of the work.They handled the inevitable surprises that come with a job of this size extremely well. Like finding vent pipes inside one of the walls we were moving, or that the ceiling and walls were far from level, and a number of other smaller items. Moving the vent pipes added a change order, but the added price was fair.Communications with Jacob and the team was excellent, mostly via WhatsApp or phone when needed.They were flexible when we wanted to add small jobs outside of the kitchen to take advantage of having a team there, (e.g. recessed lighting in our foyer, fixing a hanging closet door issue), not gouging us on price.Though they weren’t the least expensive option, I’m glad we paid that premium - and it wasn’t that large - to get a quality outcome and excellent responsiveness to any questions or concerns we had.In short, I whole-heartedly recommend GreenGroup, in fact we’re considering them for an additional project.

We worked with Jacob as our general contractor for our kitchen remodel in 2021. So, my review is long after the work have been done and with a different perspective and having worked with a higher number of contractors. The kitchen was finished and all looked good at the time. However, I always had the feeling and now I can strongly confirm that some parts were done in a very sloppy and cheap way. These specific parts are the electrical work, flooring and the drywall work which in our case for the expected quality and price we paid it is a terrible and sloppy job.
