If Pinocchio were alive and he worked for this company, he'd have a difficult time walking around in the office with a nose so long for the fibs he would tell. That is my experience after an inspector from this company said that my deck was in great condition and didn't need to be resurfaced. Two months later I called the number posted on my door and the woman (who answered and was mentioned on the post) said that I would be listed for EXEMPTION.When my HOA called she back peddled faster than a marathon cyclist and claimed to have told me I got an "extension".What a bunch of B.S.I hope my HOA never uses this company because a business that won't just say, sorry, I made a mistake and call a homeowner, of 14 years a liar, needs to have a lesson in customer service.If they won't tell the truth, how can you trust their work ethic?
