Alex arrived at my home quickly and got to work on my backed up drains. He determined our main line was the issue and cleared it. He was clean and explained the procedure well. The price was extremely affordable. This is a family owned business doing a great job.

We had a clogged shower drain and when we contacted roto rooter they sent a plumber right out. The gentleman arrived in a timely fashion, cleared the clogged drain efficiently and was very professional. 10/10 would recommend

Minutes before Thanksgiving dinner our whole septic system backed up! I called Roto-Rooter hoping they might be open and able to help. The person who answered was very kind and sympathetic to my situation but was not sure if they would be able to gat here that day . He gave me a 4-6 time frame but was not sure if his service man would be able to make it(it was about 2:45at the time) He called back within 30 minutes and let me know someone would be here within 30 minutes. Jesus arrived even earlier. He was so friendly , scoped out the situation and presented our options for repair. He began to work right away. We were just sitting down to dinner when he arrived and just finishing as we were done eating. He was so professional, efficient and helpful ! I cannot recommend Roto-Rooter anymore highly! They were amazing from start to finish!

They would not quote over the phone even though I clearly explained the scope of the job (had it done 5 years prior). The tech showed up quoting $450 for snaking barely 20 feet of 2"pipe. The tech was a very nice guy, his boss' sole mission was to try to soak me $450 for a 20 minute job. Only after I declined, twice, the more reasonable price of $190 was agreed upon. Roto Rooters mission here is to try to rip off people that have no knowledge of the scope of work. Find a local plumber with integrity for the community.

Clogged toilet! Tech went straight to outside entry. Said if he dealt directly with toilet he would have to take toilet out and cost would be $900. Said toilet flushed after he did clean out. It did not, so I had my handyman deal with toilet. He cleared clog and now toilet works. He did not remove toilet or charge much. Your guy just did an auto fix, not a real fix.

The RotoRooter rep was here to unplug my kitchen drain. He was here for 1 hour and 30 minutes and charged me $405.00 plus a $125.00 surcharge since they came from Petaluma. All he did was snake my drain pipe. I will not use them again. A real ripoff.

$475 to snake out our sewer line, which took less than an hour, was excessive !! No quote was provided before the work was done, and the last time we did this using a different company, the cost was nearly half at $250. I would never call these guys again !!

I called this company because of a pluming issue at work. There were very professional. There was a clog due to roots. Lucky the camera caught the roots. We had it hydro blasted for now but the section of pipe will have to be replaced.

Eugene worked on my toilet diligently for nearly an hour, plunging, scraping and clearing the buildup of calcium and other sediment in my toilet drain. The next time it backs up I know I’ll need to get a new toilet, but for now he did a good job extending its life. He was prompt, polite, pleasant, and clear in explaining what was going on. I would not hesitate to recommend this business. Appointment for an estimate for drain cleaning. The gentleman showed up with what appeared to be fecal matter on his (no longer) white tennis shoes and up his pants. He did not wear booties. Gave me an astronomical estimate (in comparison to the other ones I received), and I said no thank you. I’m giving two stars as he was very kind.

Roto Rooter was not some place that I thought of calling but I needed a plumber on a weekend so I gave them a try and I'm so happy that I did. I scheduled an appointment online on Friday night and Eugene was our Tech who showed up Saturday morning.He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable which impressed me. He explained the plumbing situation and what I love the most is that they have every plumbing tool they need on their vans with them. We've called plumbers for the same situation and the plumbers did not have the equipment with them rhat they needed. He shared information to help us keep our plumbing drains working efficiently and explained everything , They let you know exactly when the technician is coming. Great service! Fast and professional team. Turned into a more challenging situation, but they made the adjustments and did an awesome job! Alex came out to clean out a sewer line and found it was full of roots. Call John out, they put together a plan and Mike and his team fully restored a long section of pipe without digging up the yard. They were all fantastic to work with. We were assured on phone of getting a estimate before any work was done.The assurance came from dispatcher!After work was COMPLETED we received a call from our tenant stating that technician was finished and wanted a credit card for payment!This is when I asked what the charges were? Tenant advised the charges for 20 minutes of service was $385.00!I refused to pay and called next day early am left a message for the manager to call me, that didn’t happen.So, I called back seems the technician’ s story was different… But manager response was understandable after my conversation with the tech both were very unprofessional!!!Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with any company!We own many properties!Service: Drain cleaning
