This is the second time I called Beach Plumbing. The first was for some rough plumbing work for my kitchen remodel which Edwin did an excellent job moving my hot water pipe closer to the sink. This time, Edwin provided an excellent camera view into my main line and told me where the house and the main are linked, which is under a slab of cement. Edwin was thorough and professional. He answered my questions and provided me with a plan to move forward. Thanks Beach Plumbing for honest and reliable work. I will call them again.

I had a severe backup in my drainage system from two bathrooms in my home. It was a messI called Beach Plumbing because they're local to me. Tony and Tyler arrived at the time we agreed upon.They wasted no time. They sent a camera down my roof vent into my drain and were able to locate and clear the blockage. I watched the monitor with them and was able to see the condition of my old pipes. Then they continued past the blockage and sent the camera as far as it could go, 80' to 100' I believe. The camera and monitor worked great. Good resolution. Before they removed the camera, they had another device that was used to locate where exactly the camera ended in my yard. And they were able to show me where my system ties into the main line. Including the depth. Very helpful.Tony and Tyler are a couple of clean cut , easy going and professional plumbers. They showed up on time, had the right equipment for the job, and handled it without making any more of a mess than what was here before they arrived. They were quick and they left as clean as they were when they got here. I will be calling them to install a clean out drain for me in the near future.I hope my drains never get backed up like this again, but if they do, I will call Beach Plumbing againThanks again guys

Edwin came out and seriously saved the day! We had just moved in and unfortunately the home’s main pipe and secondary pipes from both bathroom toilet and showers were blocked so we could not shower or use the toilet in our new home! Such a damper of an experience. I called Beach Plumbing and they could come out same day with free estimate (others charged a fee). Had to call for a water heater that stopped working unexpectedly. Edwin came out in the rain and was very prompt and courteous. He attempted to repair it but it ended up needing replacement. I used Beach to change my main shut-off from an old valve that was rusted shut to a new ball valve. Intake staff on the phones were great and responded quickly, very friendly. Rob was excellent. The quote process was easy, no pressure, and comparable to other quotes I received. The repair was done within about 90 minutes. Again, Rob was great -- efficient, friendly, and professional. We were having intermittent tankless hot water heater issues. After several visits & quotes from other plumbing companies, none of whom who seemed to be able to property diagnose the problem, we called BEACH PLUMBING, in Long Beach. Edwin Reveles came out to take a look, and he not only thoroughly inspected our system, but he also accurately identified the problem. Based on Edwin's recommendation, we decided to go forward with the installation of a new, Navien tankless water heater. The next day, two BEACH plumbers, Adan (or "AD" for short) and Luis, came out and did a PERFECT installation. It was not an easy one, requiring various configurations and lines, but the work they did was outstanding. AD and Luis were also very polite, explained everything they were doing to the level of detail we required, and at the completion of the job, we felt completely satisfied that we had hired the best company and guys for the job. Thank you BEACH for a 5-star experience!

Plumbing in my house was 93 years and failing badly. Matthew came by promptly. He carefully examined all of be plumbing and patiently explained everything to me. This guy is a true professional and made me a great offer. It only got better after that. In 4 days everything was complete. So many amazing people work for this company. I didn't get everyone's name to mention them but you all rock. I want to mention Fabian and Robert. Fabian is a plumbing expert and was here till 10 pm one day to ensure new plumbing worked and water was turned on. Robert is super smart and hardworking. He was here 2 days for over 20 hours working nonstop to make sure everything was perfect. The wall repair work was also amazing. Words can't express how pleased I am with this company. Would be ZERO stars if not for Tony. He arrived and clearly described our issue and a clear solution. It did involve us purchasing a toilet, so we rescheduled for next day.The plumber who showed up the next day deserves a negative rating. He clearly was trying to upsell us to $1000's of work we didnt need. When I asked about several solutions found easily online, was told "not available" or "we dont do that".After showing several options, guess what....he used one of those online solutions I questioned him on. Go figure!?!?!Also, kept pitting me against my wife by looking at here and saying, "Im only trying to do what's right". Sleezy sales technique right there!Sure, what he suggested would have worked and lasted 5 lifetimes, but a simple replacement part that will last a decade will suffice.Never again will I trust this company, nor recommend to my real estate clients.

I called Beach Plumbing on a rainy Saturday morning in an effort to support local business and to have my old water heater replaced after the recent storm took its toll. The staff answering my call was efficient and friendly. Edwin responded the same day and provided me a solid quote with work to be done on Monday. As promised… Rene arrived Monday morning with the new water heater and within roughly an hour and a half, the old one was removed and the new one was installed. Rene’s service was fantastic - super efficient, professional, friendly and left the jobsite clean, which is always appreciated. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Chad, for the initial discussion of the work I needed done on my house, which was built in the late sixties. You can tell he was raised in the plumbing business and with a mentality of doing the right work and not trying to up-sell you on uneeded items.Like many of the houses in my area that recently had sewer lines rupture and pipes fail, my plumbing was on its last legs. Chad was great about walking me through alternatives to the expensive and destructive half-fixes suggested by other companies.Together with their sister company, Olson Plumbing (same family), they have the tools and knowledge to do the big jobs themselves so you don't have to worry about paying more for subcontractors you have never met.The Beach Plumbers were pleasant and answered all my questions. They also worked hard every day and - as my old house surprises with unexpected challenges for any construction project - kept working hard till the job was done right.Don't hesitate to bring them out for a qoute, you can be assured of getting the job done right. Beach Plumbing replaced my old water heater and the enclosure. Rene came on time to start working. He was very friendly and professional. He explained the process of replacing the water heater and the entire enclosure. After he finished the work, he told me that he would come back to seal the gap around the pipe going to the roof because gab is rather big and rain will go in. He went back to the warehouse to get material but there is no stock there. He came back next day to seal the gap. He was very responsible to complete the work.
