Joke of a company. My bathroom was found flooded because of a piping issue that Charlie Choe and his company did not finish, despite being paid. They did not let us know of this mistake along with a microwave/electrical current issue that required us to find a replacement microwave.Completely unprofessional worker who lacks integrity based on our experience with Charlie Choi. He ignored our phone calls since these incidents.

In August 2021, we hired H&H Construction to remodel our entire house (rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, floor). However, Charlie Choi made so many mistakes, NEVER told us, and hasn't responded to any of our messages or calls. There were two main issues:1. He lied to us saying that our new microwave was installed properly and working. Our new microwave needed a 220 volt outlet cord to work, but our wall outlet was only 120 volts. Charlie changed the microwave cord (to 120, when it needs 220) so it lit up when plugged in (thus looking like it worked). It wasn't until Sub-Zero workers came and looked at our microwave (because it wasn't working) that we learned about his mistake.**The electric cords weren't even properly put together and covered. THIS CAN CAUSE A FIRE**2. H&H Construction didn't finish connecting one of our bathroom pipes. They left it OPEN, put a towel underneath, and let the pipe leak. The pipe was hooked to our AC Water Condensation Line. We now have flooding and have to get it fixed.During the remodeling process, Charlie Choi always responded late and did not communicate. After we found out about these two issues, he has not responded to ANY of our calls or messages. H&H Construction will steal your money and make you spend extra to fix their mistakes. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.
