In 2022 Sam built an outdoor great room for us to entertain family during our daughter’s wedding and also landscaped the backyard. He managed all the various sub-contractors. He completed the project as per agreed date. We found him honest, responsible, ethical. All his workers were respectful and cleaned up every night before they left. Previously Sam replaced all our windows (over 30), and painted the house exterior. Sam Nabbout is very professional and takes pride in the work he provides for his customers. He communicates the details of the project with his clients and is always available with a call or text. His workers arrive on time and clean up well at the end of the day. All throughout the project Sam will be sure to ask your advice about issues that always arise during construction and all expected experiences are written out and explained before the work begins. SJ Contractor remodeled my kitchen, dining room, and living room over 10 years ago. I was so impressed with Sam’s work ethic and responsiveness to questions and concerns. He was professional and accessible. He gave ideas and options when I wasn’t quite sure how to maximize space or what materials would work best. He has returned to re-roof when I added solar. He renovated two bathrooms. He came to the rescue when I had plumbing issues due to root damaged water pipes . He rerouted our pipes and worked with our insurance company to rebuild and replace walls, flooring, cabinetry, and moldings damaged by the water. Sam and I embarked in a journey building 2 new houses from the ground up. As with any project, we encountered challenges with the city. Sam was always on top of it. He was tactful, always kept me informed, provided status of the project, and let me know when decisions had to be made. At the end, Sam built 2 beautiful houses that we are both very proud of. Sam did our home remodel super quick and was very accommodating to all our requests. We had issues with grout cracking over a year later and he came back within a week to fix it all for us at no cost. Would definitely recommend him and his guys for your next home project!

Sam remodeled our kitchen 10 years ago. We recently had one of the hinges on the cabinets break. I contacted Sam, he came over and installed a new hinge and provided me with 5 additional hinges for any future problems. Thanks, Sam, your the best!!
