Louis and his CFY team were amazing to work with! I have shopped around, and the company was very reasonable, but not just that; they did a fantastic job on our roof. I was very impressed with the exceptional service they provided throughout the reroofing project. We had regular communication with Louis and his team; they kept me informed at every stage of what was happening on the roof and sent daily picture progress updates. They basically gutted and rebuilt the entire roof for us, replacing every little part (vents/flashings) on top and ensuring that all skylights were properly waterproofed and sloped. Again, I can't emphasize enough how impressed I am with the quality of work, service, and what stood out to me is their commitment to cleanliness. Every day, they left the area of our house completely spotless. I have completed many construction projects, and these guys deserve a huge thank you for keeping everything so clean!!! I can't recommend CFY Construction enough to anyone in need of roofing services. This was the most stress-free experience, and working with them was so smooth that I am thrilled with the outcome. I highly recommend the roofing services of this company!

I can’t say enough on how professional CFY Construction was repairing our roof during the summer. They came out and provided estimates with pictures and worked within our budget. We found out that our lightwell was leaking this winter and called CFY back to see if they could help. Boom! They immediately applied a temporary patch in the rain to stop the leak and Claudia (receptionist) and Louis (owner) worked with us on a fair price to replace the lightwell. If I could give CFY roofing 6 stars I would. Luis is great! He always answers my calls. His crew did an excellent job on the maintenance of my roof. Luis is an honest guy, he is easy to work with. Like others have said Luis is a great guy to work with. He's patient and answers all of my questions. His crew is also very professional even went out of their way to patch a leak when it was raining. Will have him do our roof as well as our in-laws.
