I worked with Ivan to have a leak fixed on my roof. He was very quick and thorough. Where other companies quoted for very expensive repairs Modern Roofing was able to do a simple fix at a fraction of the price.

Ivan and his team are the best! He is recommended to me by my realtor because I needed to replace my roof and Ivan and his team did a fantastic job! Ivan’s team showed up on time and they are very courteous. He sent me a team of 7 people to make sure we can get the job done in less than 2 days before the heavy rain starts to come. Not only did his team replace my roof, but they also replaced my old air vent and drip edge flashings. They use quality materials and clean up well after the project. They also made sure the gutter is clean and free of any debris. Ivan is fair, honest, responsive and his fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend Modern Roofing! It was great working with Ivan and Chris on our Kensington home's low-slope modified bitumen re-roofing project. Ivan provided a very competitive quote, and was accommodating to schedule changes driven by Kensington's permitting office and our solar company Your Energy Solutions (YES Solar). Chris led the team during the three day installation, and was supportive when the solar mount installers drilled screws a bit too far in, and broke through our ceiling (we don't have an attic). Ivan and Chris are very responsive and communicative through text messages and email. It has been nice working with them, and I am recommending that our neighbors' request quotes from Modern Roofing for their future needs.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

Modern Roofing was a wonderful company to work with. I noticed some water coming through our upstairs ceiling. I called Modern Roofing from a personal referral and Ivan answered. He was super-friendly and came the same day to look at this issue. He was thorough and explained everything in detail including all my options. Price estimate was extremely reasonable especially in the Bay Area. Communication was superb throughout the process and Ivan was able to come have to the roof replaced within a week. The team arrived right on-time and were extremely diligent and professional throughout the repair process. Ivan texted me photos throughout the process to keep me updated which was fantastic. We had an issue with water pooling and a drain that was not working. At completion, he went through all the repairs and details thoroughly with me. Ivan showed me the issues causing the water pooling and how it was addressed including the drain fix. My contractor discovered some water damage on a roof over the garage, and I called up Peninsula Roofing. Ivan just happened to be in the neighborhood and arranged to make an on-location estimate within the hour. He examined the water spots and also found another issue where roofing sheets had not been properly sealed down during original construction. He put together a quote that evening and fixed both issues the very next day for a reasonable price. Ivan was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I have no doubt that his repairs will prevent much bigger leaks from happening in the future. I would highly recommend working with Peninsula Roofing.

My home upstairs bathroom celling had been leaking severely. I found Peninsula Roofing online and had them came over and give a estimate on the repair. They gave us a very reasonable price, the 4 of them came over and repaired roof for us today. what a great job! I highly recommend families in need doing business with them, they are awesome!
