Although John did a nice job on my roof, after several calls having to do with roof issues, he informed us that he would no longer honor the roof warranty. After paying what we consider to be a premium to have a quality roof done, we are not happy about the outcome. I wouod recommend finding a different roofer at this point, especially since the owner retired and had to come back put from retirement after his Son didn't work out.

I have used this company for years, and they are the only roofing company I would recommend. They have done two roofs, two solatubes, six wind turbines, one skylight and a few wood replacement jobs. They are professional, honest and punctual. If there ever was an issue, it was handled/corrected swiftly. I have recommended this company to neighbors and friends, and will continue to do so. Give them a try, I'm sure you will be pleased. Update- Just had them do another job. It entailed wood dry/wet rot and minor termite damage. Wood,studs,insulation, stucco repair, weather proofing and siding was replaced. Best of all, they were able to do the work without having to replace a large window. The job was completed in a day and a half. The result was outstanding! Thank You

PRS did 2 jobs for me. The first one was great, shingle replacement and it included solar. Like other reviewers, they were professional, fast, cleaned up every night and all was perfect. Therefore I hired them to replace a roof on a second building which was roll material with a parapet and cap. In viewing the progress with my son, who is a registered architect, he discovered where the vertical wall met the roof deck, there was no cant strip. The roofing material turned the 90 degree angle and continued up the wall. This was not installed according to the roofing material manufacturer's installation specification. When pointed out to John, he became defensive and insisted he had been doing 90 degree angles without cant strips for years with no problem. (A cant strip is a triangular piece of wood placed at the intersection of the flat roof and wall so the material bends only at 45 degrees). In addition, he did not replace the existing parapet cap, which he removed, which was a U shape. Instead, he brought the material to the outside corner of the wall and placed the cap on the inside so there is now a joint at a vulnerable corner location. He also intended to replace a small eyebrow of tile with new tile for free. Instead he reused the old tile, which was ok and in decent condition, but not according to our contract. When I refused to pay until he made corrections, he became hostile and put a lien on my property. He only removed the lien AFTER my attorney became involved, first without registering it with the City and finally, when threatened again, registering the lien removal and presented me with the written guarantee. It was not a pleasant experience.

PRS was recommended by afriendAfter years of putting it off we finally decided to replace our white rock roof. We also had a 12'x20' pigeon coop from the prior owner we needed removed. .We couldn't be happier with the results! The roof, the fascia and the final product was perfect. We were given a detailed estimate which was spot on.The gentlemen showed up... and literally within 15 minutes were on the roof taking care of business.We recieved daily picture updates on their progress from Marisa and emails or phone calls were promptly answered.The pigeon coop turned out to be a little more involved so it took a little longer than anticipated...But that was taken care of and cleaned up perfectly too. They cleaned up every day after each evolution.The fact he's had the same contractor's license for so many years speaks volumes about their work.I would and have recommended them in a heartbeat.Thank you PRS for making a stressful situation into a "glad we did this moment". .you guys are awesome.Thank you

I went with this company under a HERO contract, and they did a FABULOUS job. The quoting system was very detailed, on what is expected with a HERO job, and also the quote is done with the expectation that the cost may change given wood damage on the roof plywood and fascia. They replaced damaged plywood from termites, and replaced very damaged wood fascia with composite fascia (again avoiding termites). There were complications with the fascia due to gutters, a storm door and a patio structure. However this company adjusted and did everything I asked them to do. I also had a solar tube installed, and wow what a difference in the lighting in the house.Numerous neighbors have commented how amazing my roof is, not only in terms of the look, BUT also the energy efficiency, and the fascia looks wonderful. I cannot recommend this company high enough; they are excellent with HERO.

Look... Adulting can really stink sometimes, especially when $22,000 can go towards multiple travel experiences, paying off debts, or donating to charitable causes. But, if you’re going to have to bite the bullet and redo your roof, PRS is the one to call. We purchased our home one year ago knowing full well that a new roof was in our immediate future. What we didn’t expect were months of rain that contributed to our need to get this project done sooner and before the summer heat. Enter John, Marisa, and the awesome team at PRS. Our job was scheduled to our preferred dates, they completed the work one day ahead of schedule, and now we can rest easy knowing we have a brand new roof that will save us energy (yep, those are energy star rated shingles) along with peace of mind that we’ve made an investment in home equity. If problems arise, the team is happy to hear from you, they cleaned extremely well afterwards, and all of the roofers are professional and conscientious. A+++

This company is AWESOME on all levels! Everything they've ever fixed has never needed to be touched again. Everyone is very nice and professional. They do top notch work and always complete it in the time frame specified. I added some services mid-job and they still finished on time. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I am the General Manager at Professional Roofing Services. This is a response to the bad review from Ashley Walker. I am sorry she was treated rude by some company, but she obviously has posted to the wrong company. I have never nor currently have anyone in my employment named Destiny. We strive hard to be a great company and have excellent reviews. It is a shame she posted a complaint for the wrong company .
