Please don’t waste your valuable time or money on this company. They showed ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, zero care, terrible craftsmanshipHere are the facts you should know:We were told the project wouldn’t take more than 5 days and it would be completed before Thanksgiving. The project went passed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's and is STILL NOT COMPLETE. Despite us being extremely patient and accommodating (We were available every day and even set up a lock box so that they could access our home even when we weren’t there).COMMUNICATION WAS INCREDIBLY POOR and we found ourselves never knowing what was happening unless we contacted them.WRONG MATERIALS were brought (size and color) despite having the measurements and I eventually had to search online to show them the correct hardware! They installed the wrong bath faucet and drains. 4 WEEKS LATER They fixed the faucet but tried installing the same wrong color hardware. 9 WEEKS LATER still no bath cover or drain. OVER 12 WEEKS LATER correct drain arrived (after I searched online and found it myself!). MONTHS LATER JACK THE GENERAL MANAGER tells me he has all of the correct material. He shows up with the installer but now tells me it was going to take another hour for it to arrive.Jack the General Manager I voiced all of my frustrations with this project (Time, Wrong Materials, Bad Work). NO APOLOGIES, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, he acted as though all of my concerns were ridiculous and essentially told me I was overreacting when it’s just 1 wall to fix. I then REQUESTED TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER.THE OWNER COMPLETELY DENIED MY REQUEST TO SPEAK WITH HIM (according to Jack)I didn’t trust my conversation with Jack so I also texted my salesman asking to speak with the owner and NO REPLY. This is the true Rose Remodeling.Additionally, our first installer looked increasingly stressed and rushed as he worked on our bathroom. Jack one day even came over unannounced and walked in without even introducing himself. There had been some kind of altercation at the office and he was trying to calm the installer down.A third installer was called over as Jack said he could fix the mistakes. The installer said he couldn’t fix it and Jack would have to pull and redo that wall too.JACK THE GENERAL MANAGER HUSHED THE INSTALLER. A fourth installer came to fix the problems and he was being honest by telling me that one of the walls was done badly and couldn’t be fixed without pulling it all out. Jack quickly jumped in and changed the subject. This is the guy overlooking all of the projects. You don't want to put your money and time into a company that operates this way!They have a payment schedule and we were charged twice before ALL of the materials were acquired for our project as evidenced by the bath being incomplete (no drain cover, areas that weren’t caulked, 2 bad cuts inside the shower, and the side of the bath. USING A VERY THICK LAYER OF CAULK TO COVER BAD CUTS / FITTINGS.THE PROJECT DID NOT PASS INSPECTION.THEY TRIED TO HAVE MY WIFE SIGN OFF ON THE PROJECT WHEN I WASN’T THERE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT COMPLETE.The workmanship was incredibly poor (see photos). Botched cuts throughout the bath and shower. The caulking was a mess and unless I got up on a ladder and thoroughly inspected they would have left the top and other areas unsealed, which would have created a nightmare of moisture and mold.DON’T TRUST THE REVIEWS. Request to see completed job sites to view the quality of their work and look closely. Get them to put in writing a project deadline.This has been our biggest regret working with and trusting this company that tries to pose as a family-owned business that cares for its customers.

Stephanie was great. She went through all the business awards and licenses that showed us that you were legit. We then went through all the different items we may need for a safe shower for us. She was very professional about her work, and explained how the whole job would be done. We were very pleased with her and had over all a great experience.

Our initial experience with the Sales Rep Morgan was very positive. He was punctual, thorough and responded to questions. Unfortunately he wont be the one on site doing the work. I don't know yet that we'll use them for our job, as a second visit is necessary to get the actual bid and timeline.

Your company was very well represented. I thought Ish was knowledgeable and very professional and personable. I would have gone forward with a contract had my circumstances not changed that very afternoon with the news I may be moving shortly and selling my house soon. If I could suggest, do you think you could offer a less expensive walk-in tub? That might get more interestOtherwise, the company has great quality. I would be pleased to do business with you!

I interviewed over 20 roofing companies. 2 maybe 3 offered 50 year warrantys in my area, but I went with Rose Remodeling, which was not the cheapest and not the most expensive. I wanted the best warranty, and some one to work with what i have. They were very professional, efficient, and fast! They did my entire roof! Also did dry rot repairs found after the old roof was removed, just before the new roof install. They worked with my insurance, and helped me get quick financing for emergency dry rot repair fees, and worked with me on easy payments to fill in my cash debt to them. Graham came by to me instead of ecer having to leave my home for any professional transactions. Also, i got the best roof by GAF backed by a 50 yr material warranty and more warranty benefits! Also, it's fully transferable if I sell my home! This has increased the value of my home. And i am worry free on my roof as long as i own this home! I highly recommend Rose Remodeling and their team and staff of professional and caring members!

Morgan was very informative about the company, the products, warranty and licensing. Great products and warranties. I really enjoyed him showing info on some of the other companies that I got bids from and how, without an active license, they can't honor a warranty even if they offer one. I will surely be picking this company to do my roof.

**Terrible Customer Service Experience**I recently had an incredibly disappointing encounter with Rose Remodeling. The level of customer service I received was shockingly poor.Firstly, there was a blatant disregard for honesty. I was misled about installation prices, leading to a significant overcharge. The promises made were empty, and the work was left unfinished despite assurances it would be completed.What's most disheartening is the apparent willingness of the staff to do anything to make a sale, even if it means sacrificing integrity. This kind of unethical behavior is unacceptable.I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with Rose Remodeling .My experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I would caution others against the frustration and disappointment I encountered.

We are very peculiar about details and Rose remodel worked patiently with us to design the perfect kitchen we wanted. They are professional, courteous, and quick to respond with all our needs and concerns. This review is of the quote process only. I've sat through several timeshare sales pitches and other heavy sales tactic situations and Rose Remodel uses a couple of heavy sales tactics in just the quote process. Local company so I was interested in what a bathroom remodeling might look like for us. First returned call informed me I needed to have my wife present and the time would be 60 to 90 minutes. For a bathroom quote? Give me a break. After the quote meeting where I had to hold firm to my own requirements I was then called for the next 3 days asking me to set another appointment that would include my wife in the decisions. These guys are determined that's for sure

We had a tub to shower remodel in January. At first we were happy but then there were things that happened.The first day the guy cracked the counter that we were not going to replace but then had to. We were shown two ugly counters that were free so we were charged for a new better one. We did not get an itemized cost for that and the change order. Then the area between the shower and the floor were not finished properly, there is only partial grout between the shower and the floor tile. Also the shower door glides open all the time, and the job of adding a piece to the baseboard is ugly! This is so sad because we really liked the people who did the work.Service: Bathroom remodeling

The work that Johnny our second installer was great and we are happy with the how our new shower turned out. The lack or 5 stars is because of the lack of professionalism of everyone else we delt with. First the salesman did not have a change order for additional work that we had requested a quote for. Then the person who came out to release and quote us for some tile work asked us if we would like a bigger shower pan and would have the project manager Morgan call us with a quote. When Morgan called us for an install date I asked about the bigger plan I was told the smaller one was already ordered and in addition to the upgrade cost I would have to pay storage for the one ordered. A supervisor ended up not charging for the upgrade after I tried canceling the whole thing. At the start of construction the first guy worked two days then called out sick the next several days. When Johnny, the second installer came, he showed me what was done wrong and had to fix. Johnny is the only reason for 2 and not 1 star. Also, just got the last bill Dec. 15th for work done the beginning of October. Thanks for reminding me to give a review. Very unprofessional.

My husband and I attempted to cancel our order less than a week later. They informed us we could not, and if we did we’d be responsible for half of the cost. We decided to continue on. The shower is beautiful but the water pressure is terrible, a light drizzle at best, and the hot water is NOT HOT (yes the temperature is all the way up!)!! I complained about those 2 simple things. Rose remodeling sent someone out to try and fix it. He tried but nothing worked. I have to work at 4am and I tried using the shower and nearly froze to death 💀. Now I just shower in my guest bathroom, I don’t have the patience nor should I have to. Think twice before you use this company. Maybe it’s just the Elk Grove chapter, but for the price we paid, I am truly disappointed and unsatisfied.Service: Bathroom remodeling

I spoke to Rose for appointment & said nice man Michael very knowledgeable is my technician.Michael is friendly and professional. He took his time to view my roof & explained to me about type of roofing material used & not same as subdivision. Michael checked inside of attic in house & garage. He showed me how 2 of my neighbors same roof age had 1 pipe with base placed same as mine neighbor to right & other neighbor next left should have tile overlap it. & not just there. Long story short, Michael is person I feel confident with his expertise.
