What a great company to work with. I had different estimates for my HVAC system and when I met Ryan he explained to me all the details about my package unit and very patiently answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable signing the contract with him.The work was done up to code with city permits( He even included the air test for the city inspection). The price was very reasonable and the experience was wonderful.Also they fixed the flashing around my chimney at no charge.I really like them as a professional HVAC company . I highly recommend them. One of the best companies to work with. I and my husband did the roofing project with Ryan. He came overbay house, inspected the roof, gave us a very reasonable price and we signed on the contract. He worked really hard on the financing and got us the approval. I'm very happy with job. My roof looks amazing. Wow, just had a bathroom remodel done by Platinum Home Designers and i couldn't be happier. After a few terrible contractors who promised the world for little money then either quit in the middle of the job or started raising their prices mid project, i started asking around for friends with recommendations. My friend recommended Platinum Home Designers and swore I would have a positive experience. They were absolutely right!I met with Ryan who went through the entire process with me in detail. He has a great smile and a terrific attitude to follow. He answered all my questions with patience and always treated me with the utmost respect. I am also so pleased with the fact he was always available over text and phone. He truly kept his word till the end.I am recommending him to the board of my HOA for work on our roofing project. I had originally posted a positive review on this company. Iafter doing my homework, I realized they overcharged me at least a couple thousand dollars. They didn't even do the work. Instead, hired out a couple mexicans who did the whole job in 2 days. Also overcharged me for permits by hundreds more dollars. Work was good. Price was not. Fast talking sales man cost me big time.

The end product was great. It added value to my condo, which I was putting up for sale. Ryan was responsive and they did the work in the time frame they agreed to. I would recommend them but you should be on top of the work. The painting job was a little sloppy but the contractor fixed the issues at the end. The floors are great quality but they didn’t clean the floors and it was full of dust and I had to hire cleaners to clean up.Services: Install flooring, Paint indoors

I had two beautiful patio covers done by PLATINUM HOME DESIGNERS. I had a great presentation with Ryan and we agreed on the price and all the details and I decided to do the second patio.They install both patios in 2 days only. I was thinking to do my roof for a while, it was old already and started to notice some leaks after the rain season.I submitted a request online and immediately got a response and they sent me a roofer the next day.The guy name was Ryan. Very Knowledgeable and professional. He took a long video on my roof showing all the details about the damages and showed me after. He also had a great solution for me with financing so I was able to start the job right away before the rain was back.Immediately after he made sure someone came to cover my roof, just in case to prevent more damage from the water.5 days after it was all done and the roof looks great. A piece of mind for the next 40 years.Thanks so much for the great service and for being professional.Would definitely recommend to all of my friends!

I found platinum home designers on the home adviser website and had them come over to give me an estimate for my front and backyard.When I met with Ryan (the project manager) the first time, we went over all the details to instal new pavers and turf.The same day I signed the contract and the following day they began working on my backyard.I have to say that they were very professional, on time and nice. Any question I had I could call Ryan and he always was available.I'm very happy with my landscaping and the pavers. I recommend them 100%. And I would use them in the future.Thank you PHD

Case# 714387 Filed on : July 23 2019Better Business Bureau Complaint Description:Ryan Daryoush, Project Manager, License # 1033008, was contracted to do cement & paver work, as well as to repair steps. The contracted work with Mr. Daryoush was left incomplete. He and I walked the perimeter of my property and we came to an agreement to have work done at my home. The description of what I needed done was highly detailed and specific to particular areas of work that needed done. The agreed upon price was originally $13,981. of which we gave him $981. initially. At start of work, I wrote an additional check for $11,296., then another for $6,500. When I realized the math didn't add up, he informed me that the contract was modified to include additional work. The addendum accounted for the extra $6,500. which he collected payment in full for, from my husband. When I brought it to his attention that I was confused and unaware of the addendum, he became defensive, combative, and gave me the impression that he was not interested in further communication with me. He dealt exclusively with my husband from that point on, making it very difficult for me to communicate with him. He did not do the work as promised and comported himself very unprofessionally. When I tried to speak with him directly about my concerns, he said he did not want to deal with me or talk to me. He said "I was mean." Which is only the case as to the extent that he perceived my communication with him as offensive due to the fact that I ask for clarification and consistent, reliable, information and that his team of workmen do the work on the days he promised. Instead, he ignores my emails, calls, voicemails, and text messages. The incomplete work is sub par and was done in piecemeal form. A little here, a little there. There were at least two occasions when his crew did not show up as expected. Bottom line and my complaint is that he simply did not complete the agreed upon work, although he was paid in full on July 23rd. with a final payment of $1,500.I don't want him near my home again and will not be recommending his company for future work or to my network of friends and family. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company.Desired Resolution:Although I need the work finished, I am not seeking he return to my home. *Truthfully, I am a little intimidated by this man. I believe it is a cultural difference that precludes us from working together. He is not receptive to a woman being particular or challenging him in any way. I arrived at this impression when he became terse and combative with me and refused to be cordial, considerate or professional with me once I called him out on his lack of diligence in completing the project as agreed.
