Really disappointed in Moore’s Roofing. We purchased our house last year and they did the escrow roof inspection. They passed the roof with an estimate of 8 years left of good wear. We were VERY surprised by this assessment because anyone who looked at the roof from the ground could see it was in bad shape (it was already 20 years old and composite/shingle). Our home inspectors and our pest inspector noticed the poor condition as well and cautioned us against trusting Moore’s assessment. We could not hire another roof inspector because no one could meet the escrow deadline, so we were stuck with Moore’s assessment, which also meant we couldn’t negotiate a fair price reduction due to the roof very obviously needing replacement in the next year. Fast forward to now, our home insurance inspector came out to assess our home in order for our policy to be renewed. The inspection report indicated the poor roof condition and now our insurance is saying that we must replace the roof within the next 4 months or they will drop our policy. Thankfully we’ve already obtained a quote and paid the deposit for a new roof with ABC Roofing and they’ll be able to replace it by the deadline. I shudder to think if we had trusted Moore’s assessment - We wouldn’t have been able to negotiate anything during the buying process and we’d be looking at loosing our insurance because who can possibly get a roof replaced around here in 4 months? Not to mention they were EXTREMELY difficult to get a hold of throughout the entire escrow process (multiple calls, voicemails, emails, even our realtor couldn’t get them to return his calls). I highly caution anyone that hires them.

Moore's roofing went above and beyond! I recently ran into an issue with my insurance company over my roof. Moore's came out very quickly gave me an estimate, and started work the next week. Their roofer Chris did an amazing job in two days! I'm very pleased with Moore's, and would definitely use them again and recommend them.Kyle Torgersen (Eureka)

Takes forever to respond to calls. Small repair job last year was not completed correctly and now there’s water leaking. Wanted to reach back out to them to give them a chance to fix the issue that was supposed to be fixed last year but going with another company due to the poor response time (3 weeks with no call back despite leaving messages each week).

These guys had zero respect for our home. They left trash, nails, etc in our children’s playroom, crib, bathroom & bed. I spent about 4 hours cleaning up after them. I am still finding trash all around our property. They also cut the cable to the satellite dish for Directv, which now no longer works. Calling Moore’s Roofing “unprofessional” would be me being nice. I rarely write bad reviews, but this company did not care about us or our home.

They show up. Quickly. Every single time I've needed them. I have zero complaints. Professional and responsive. I've never been charged to fix anything in the 10 years since I bought my house with a new-ish roof that they installed in 2010. "Fixed" our roof for a couple grand and left a mess in my yard. The first rain we had showed the roof had a huge leak (that was not there before), destroying the inside of my home. After the insurance company came, they said Moore's simply covered up the old shingles with new ones and did not even overlay the new ones correctly. I called multiple times with no response, offer to fix what was done, or refund. I try to encourage and support locally owned businesses, but I do not recommend Moore's Roofing to anyone. Do not trust them with your home.

The driver and roofer parked in a private lot, caused an accident and still would not move the vehicle. When asked he said he's not going anywhere. Horrible attitude and bad business

He drives the company truck as well as he apparently fixes roofs. A real ego driven pig. Pay attention! Don't trust! You can do much better than Moore's Roofing.
