Overall quality is good, but the replacement user experience is bad. If it is possible you’d better to monitor the whole replacement things, in order to avoid they charge you extra money especially like replacing the damaged boards and woods. And check carefully if there are some issues caused by roof repairs. Let them fix it before your payment. Otherwise you have to fix those issues by yourself!

However, we decided to use this Company because Adeline and Jose (estimators)were very friendly, professional and gave us fair price. They were always available to answer all questions & scheduled our project in timely manner that was very appreciated. They made this huge process so easy. We could not be happier with Jose's crew: Oscar and Alfredo. Our very high quality roof was replaced in less than one week with outstanding results. They arrived every day before 8 am and got to work right away. Oscar and Alfredo worked tirelessly through out this project. They cleaned all backyard and front yard after project was completed, loaded all old staff onto their truck. Hands down a TOTAL AMAZING Experience with this Company!!! I would highly recommend Fremont Sonrise Roofing to anyone who needs a professional, kind and skilled team for a roof project!!! Thank you very much!!!!! Adeline was professional and personable. However, when she emailed us the roof estimate, it was double the price of our other estimates. Was the estimate really double the cost or was this a way to say they didn't want to take on our roof project?

I contacted the new owner of Sonrise Roofing, Jose Sanchez, after a major storm damaged a roof that was installed in December 2018 at my mother's home. Jose honored the 10 year workmanship warranty by making external repairs to the roof that caused water damage to a bedroom and a damaged solar panel that powered a bedroom skylight. Jose and his crew were responsive and reliable, and I would recommend Sonrise Roofing for any roofing or skylight needs.Services: Gutter repairs, Skylight repair, Skylight installation, Roof installation, Roof damage repair

Quoting by Adeline was good. Final results were satisfactory. The tear-down crew was great making sure that the items in the garage were covered during the process. My only issue, a major one, was with one of the roofing crew members not showing any respect for the customers’ property. If not for this one unpleasant incident I would have given a full 5 Stars rating.Service: Roof installation

We were trying to replace our roof, and we talked to several companies, then finally decided to use Sonrise Roofing. Adeline was wonderful for helping us from beginning to the end such as what kind of material, Sun tunnel, quotation, and contract. She was always patient and followed thru what she said .By mistake, my husband thought that there was no vent for kitchen, and the boss of the company came and investigated what happen. Finally we knew the vent was there.I'm grateful what Sonrise did for us.

It has been several years now and I have to say that the roof job buy Sonrise Roofing has been excellent. My neighbors commented about it at the time because of the detail in application. I have the only house on the block where all the roof vents are glassed to look like the roof material. Makes those roof vents disappear to some extent. Awesome work.
