I used them for my roof inspection in 2010 and they were great. I used them again in 2012 to help with a leak repair, everything seemed fine until I noticed the same interior cracking.I waited months (about 8) for them to pull the file and try to get someone out to look at it, but nothing ever happened. With family, and life I forgot about it...we didn't get that much rain...After our 2016/17 rain I had them come out and look at another area and I wanted them to look into what happened from 2012. Looking at my communications with them I have been patiently waiting for them since March 2017. It is not October, and I don't think I should wait any longer.I can't recommend them due to their lack of communication and action on their part.

use this company for preparing a home sales, my listing agent ordered the roof inspection, Chandler was highly highly recommended by her and from that point I started learned Chandler’s fee are set at a very fair levels, but they provide high level of professionalism services, our roof repair was done by tech-Mike, gave him 2 thumbs up, I was told Mike took a special trips just to get parts after learned parts was needed; office lady-Angelee I love to gave her a two thumbs up too, because not only she’s professional kind & friendly she’s very helpful too, yes, I recommended this Chandler roofing company to everyone looking for a honest reliable roof works without worry workmen’s ship also unnecessary over paying too.

when we bought new home, they repaired the roof.when winter comes, we experienced leakage and need to fix again.I am not sure if they really fixed my roof.Service: Roof repair

Cost is ok but payment method is not good as they ask credit card full information over phone which they can mis utilized. They have to change the payment method. Otherwise better not to go with them.
