Karol and his crew are extremely professional and answered any and all questions (and we had plenty of questions). They were always on time (even a little earlier), they were very respectful by cleaning after themselves and making sure everything was clean after their job was complete. Would highly recommend (definitely) Karol and his team for any job that you may need. On a scale of 1-10, they are definitely a 15+. Extremely honest and fair pricing. They are the BEST!!!

I hired Karol and he is the man! I would recommend 100%. The heavy winds and rain blew shingles off my roof and a decent amount of rain water entered my room, destroying the ceiling, wall and flooring. I called water damage solutions based on the many positive reviews and they responded the same day I called. They immediately started water mitigation services. Because all of the SF Bay Area was hit by the heavy rain and winds, getting a roofer out to assist was hard. Karol suggested someone and they showed up, repaired my roof so he and his team could finish my room. He works with insurance and sent emails to my insurance so I was CC'd to see their responses. My home owners insurance agreed with Karol's estimate and my room was repaired very nicely. Thank you Karol!

I was introduced to Karol from my property manager when I had a water leak. Karol was extremely attentive and very prompt with assessing the damage and delivering the estimate. Once they opened up some walls and cabinets, mold was discovered--oh joy! He immediately did water and mold mitigation. Then, I received another estimate for the rebuild process of restoration. Once again, Karol was efficient. Bonus part is that he would even work in tandem with my insurance company if needed. In addition, his estimated time of project completion was on par which is hard to find. Karol is a one-stop business and reduced my stress levels.

They prepared the workspace with sealing off the area to avoid dirt and debris from spreading throughout the home. I love to give reviews to to companies that honestly tell you when you don't need their service. Had leaking basement sump that destroyed our pergo floor and bottom 12" of a good chunk of sheetrock. I was able to isolate the leak, move out furniture, rip up the floor and open up the walls myself over the weekend before help could arrive on Monday. Karol surveyed the scene, took moisture measurements and let me know that there wasn't a whole lot more they could do. He gave me a few pointers on how I should proceed. Big boost of confidence when one was needed. Big Thanks!

Karol and his team were great. When our house flooded in the January storms, they responded to our request quickly. They advised on both their work (water removal from floor and walls) and also helped us think through what we needed for a contractor (reroute exterior water with french drain).They dried the floors and walls, using specialized equipment to heat the air, suck water from the floor, and dehumidify. They were persistent and flexible with our hard to dry floors, and responsive with great communication. Highly recommend!

I called Water Damage Solutions and Karol came to assess the water damage, began getting equipment in place immediately and helped expedite the next steps to get my unit restored as well as the two other units.Karol is very timely and responsive and explained everything thoroughly. I’m glad I called this company to get repairs done. They are experts at what they do! Not only that but very friendly. Very thankful for all they do and their great services! I cannot recommend Karol and his team enough. Our home suffered multiple floods from other condos during the year and we had several mitigation companies dry out our place (none of them compare to how good these guys are), but the most recent flood was caused by a subcontractor fixing our unit (broke a fire sprinkler) and Karol's team was on the job. WOW they did fantastic. They were careful, fast and considerate. They had the latest technology equipment and were very courteous. They showed up within an hour of being called and had a building worth of equipment with them. Literally hundreds of drying machines to help dry out my home & the building too from major water flooding.I cannot recommend these guys enough.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

I hired water Damage Solution initially to repair water damage from a leaky in-room air conditioner. They were quick and clean and did a great job. After that I hired them for several more projects including a whole house re-pipe and a complete bathroom remodel which included knocking down and moving several interior walls. The bathroom turned out great and the water pressure for the house is drastically improved. Water Damage Solutions were very professional and also have a great eye for interior design. I called and they were responsive to my water leak issue and sent Fernando immediately who got to the root of the problem and started resolving the issue immediately. When the water damage was resolved they sent a repair team to hang new drywall and paint the area. Water Damage Solution was referred to me by my plumber after I had an extensive amount of water damage due to my water heater breaking down. I went online and on yelp to search for a water restoration company even though my plumber had already referred me to Water Damage Solution, I just wanted to compare quotes. I had called two other restoration companies out and although they had really good reviews I was shocked to find out that they were not licensed or were using someone else’s license to perform work. This raised a lot of red flags and I did not feel comfortable with those companies. I decided to give Water Damage Solution a call to see how they would help. Jonathan was quick to take the call and come out the same day to provide an inspection. Jonathan was very professional, humble and transparent; he did not hesitate to show me his contractors license or any other documents that I would request to ensure my house was being taken care of by a true professional. Jonathan made me feel at ease and he was able to help me file a claim and guided me throughout the entire process. I can not thank Jonathan and his friendly team enough for the great service. Be aware of unlicensed restoration companies. I hope to never have another water damage issue but if I do I will not hesitate to call Water Damage Solution!

I had significant water damage from a leaked pipe in my shower, Karol and his team was very responsive and quick to mitigate the leak. He set up fan and wrapped up the dam area to keep moisture out and avoid any moles from developing. Happy to say the leaked was stopped and the pipes is fixed. This is the second time I had to call out water damage solutions . First time my water heater leaked caused a mess they took care of that fast , just last week my toilet over flowed caused a huge mess in my home didnt hesitate to call them back out to help me , they cleaned up everything removed the contaminated carpets and cabinets sanitized everything promptly , now I'm just waiting for my insurance to finished estimating the damages will start my rebuild process soon.. Awesome company to deal with. Water heater had been leaking causing water damage and mold. After the water heater company said I needed to have the mold taken care of before they could replace. Requested a quote from several companies and WDS was the only one able to come out the same day, was very professional outlineing everything that would need to be done and provided a detailed quote within an hour.When they came to actually begin the work they were very friendly and professional. They took pictures at each step of the process and showed what they did, where the issues were, before and after of the cleaning. They made sure no debris or dirt was left behind, even going as far as cleaning up some dirt that got tracked on the complex parking lot.I would definitely work with them again in the future

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They came to our rental property approximately 2 weeks ago to investigate possible mold in one of the units. The technician Irek came, took pictures, went under the house, pulled the carpet back and determined there was no evidence of mold. Great news, right?!!...Great news but we've tried since they came out to get their findings documented. Simple: no mold was found, so put it on your letterhead and provide us a copy of the report! We've been lied to by at least 3 different people that they'll take care of it and email the report to us. We even stated, if there's a fee for the report we're willing to pay. Well to date, we're still waiting. Chris has promised me twice that he personally would make this a priority and get the report completed and emailed. Last promise was made 2 days ago and still nothing. I've given various people our email address numerous times, but there's always an excuse, ie...our computers were down; I'm not at the office now, but will take care of it as soon as I get there. They've wasted so much of our precious time and has caused a major delay in a financial transaction we're conducting, which hinges on us having this report. If they couldn't deliver the report, just say so and we could move on to a reputable company that can deliver. One thing I look for in a company is honesty and this company was anything but honest! I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE...dishonest, unreliable, shady and very questionable business ethics. The five star reviews must be from their friends and/or relatives. Look at the 5 star review from 2 months ago by Irek. He works for them!! Did I mention unethical business practices??...I would've given them 0 stars if that was an option. They SUCK!
