We are quite remote and they had no problem coming out to us and professionally installing structure. They were friendly and cleaned up after themselves, and did a heck of a great job. From the start, my interactions with California All-Steel was very professional. During quote process with my sales person and the scheduling process, I received great communication. I was very concerned because I had not seen a building in person. The staff at California All Steel, sent many pictures and took many calls from me to answer all my concerns. Once the installers arrived, that’s where I was very impressed! Theodore, Wilbur, and Jose were very professional, and very respectful to my requests. I wanted to make sure my neighbors did not have any issues with noise or the work it was being done. The install was fantastic. The product arrived and install of the product was much faster than expected. Most of all, the install was so good, it looks gorgeous.

Busineas claims defamation and not their building.lmao.. Ill post receipts next. And tell even more of the story. They should of left it alone. Yes, it was more than two years ago. It doesn't change the facts that it's true and I only posted them because my last review disappeared..Horrible service, horrible construction, moderate price.I bought an rv building, and it was to be permitted, I paid for the building and got the plans. All steel was two months late with delivery. Then the delivery driver said if he must do a u-turn inside my property to be closer to build site he would leave, I said sorry there is a septic tank, you will have to back in.. so the guys said f-you and left. I had already paid and they refused a refund, but they also made sure I paid in other ways since the delivery driver was the drunk son in law apparently. They sent another cousin to do the work, the guy and his helper did not build it to plan and it failed inspection, two months later they made the repairs and finally I could pass inspection, building leaks. I paid for sealed and insulated building, and it leaks day 1! Door installed improperly all weather seals sliced with razor blades when opening door packaging, still waiting on those to be replaced, I’d steer clear of these guys, pay the extra couple hundred bucks and go with a real company. P.s. Still picking up screws, I have picked up 200+ screws around my Propertys as if they scattered them intentionally like bird seed…

Super shady! Said we didn’t cancel $3k door in time but all emails say we did. And guess what? We never got our door!!! Total rip-off.12-1-23 updateThis keep keeps getting better! Neither california all-steel and or pro metal buildings will give us our money back or get us our door.Even though I did all the business via Pro Metal buildings they are now saying my real contract is with California all steel. The exact email to me from PMB was this is just like California All-Steel but best of luck to me!!! Ha! Awesome…Thanks Kim! Next step CCB complaints against both then lawyer up.I will keep updating this as it progresses! You should know who your dealing with just in case they don’t deliver!@maria and Lupita! Thought long and hard about my review as I normally do, usually because if something goes wrong it’s easy to just bad mouth a company or someone. That said my experience with California all steel for the most part was good. Unfortunately I did have an increase in materials as it looks with most, my reason unknowing to all parties until yesterday.. my county changed requirements in the middle of my quote a year almost open quote. Probably 3 months after down payment and paying for calculations price went up because of additional materials needed for county requirements. I believe 5-7k increase. That all being said I’m happy with the building the siding material is super thin didn’t know that until reading other peoples reviews, and I could not find that anywhere in the quote on what size it would be, I may have missed it. Maria from all steel was great and was quick to get a replacement door that was bad from the factory, they came back out less than two weeks later got a new door. Install crew was wonderful to work with even with the language barrier. Good people and hard workers for sure. Great experience. Working with the Customer Service persons was very easy and a pleasure. Always kept up to date on what was required. The installation team was equally good. Well organized and efficient. My 40 x 20 metal garage was one of the best investments I have made in a long time. I highly recommend California All Steel for fabrication and installation of metal buildings.

I contracted with California All-Steel for a 40' x 26', 3 car garage. Throughout the planning phase, getting the engineering documents, permitting and scheduling the staff at California All-Steel were always very pleasant and helpful. Thanks Maria & Jacky!On the date of install 12/6/22, the installation crew arrived and had backed the trailer in (on a hill going around a curve) before I was even aware that they had arrived. The crew boss went over the order details with me and they pretty much worked non-stop until just after dark. You could tell that they were extremely proficient individually and as a team by the way that they moved and operated seamlessly. They were back early the next day and completed the job by noon.The garage is fantastic – photos included (I still have some driveway work to do). I was very impressed with the structural elements, the base rail, the vertical columns and the trusses where all 2.5"x2.5", 14 ga steel with a preferential oxide coating. They were doubled up (welded) in the appropriate places - the install team overlapped the slab by 1" with the siding (no water getting in here).The siding was attached to the vertical elements with the metal screws in a perfectly straight line - the trim was installed correctly (crown and sides)would definitely do this again!

I called California All Steel to get pricing on a building to store some of my heavy equipment. Even though I was not ready to move forward right now, the staff here walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. They were friendly, helpful, and even gave me some ideas I haven't considered. I will definitely give them a call back when it's time to build. Thank you for taking the time with me!

Serious unprofessionalism and malpractice. Their private contractors truck broke down so my building was installed late. They over tightened the gasket screws, put some in crooked, and didnt put the correct amount of concrete anchors I ordered. They also were unable to install the extra coner supports they insisted on selling me even though I was fairly certain they wouldnt fit on my foundation and they didnt. It has been almost 3 months and I still havent gotten my refund for thoes dispite them telling me every time I call that they will send it "next week". I ordered the Plans for my building and there are multiple errors including the plans showing more anchors than were installed and the plans still include the extra coner supports dispite ordering these plans after the fact. They have yet to right any of their wrongs and are useless over the phone. They have been very unprofessional and their employees seem to know nothing of their jobs. I have been nothing but polite. Currently planning a lawsuit.

Horrible company!! Monday, August 30th installation scheduled. The contractor did not show up, then he rescheduled Tuesday, August 31st and when he showed up he threatened to leave halfway through the day because the company had not paid him. He used me as leverage against the company threatening me to not complete the project and having to return in several weeks to complete it. I called the office and they call the contractor got mad at him for telling me about the business between the contractor and the company. Maria T at California All-Steel never returned my call that day. The contractor said he would complete it in One day. I spent $100 on dinner for him and his crew because California All-Steel didn’t not pay him. He did not get it done that night and returned Wednesday morning September 1 at 9 AM. He finished the job but installed the broken window. He promised to return on Friday September 3rd to fix the broken window and I explained I WOULD PAY HIM THE WHOLE AMOUNT WITH NO DISCOUNT on that day. Friday, September 3 arrived he canceled once again and said he would be there Saturday morning September 4. He did not show up and canceled Saturday morning. Not only was I leveraged by the contractor for payment to him from California All-Steel as a threat. I also was threatened by Maria T if I did not send the check overnight she was going to have a contractor take the building down today September 15th. THIS THREAT IS AGAINST THE LAW BY CALIFORNIA ALL-STEEL. She threatened me with the building removal. I do not appreciate California All-Steel supervisors/representative/family member THREATENING THE CUSTOMER who has been working with the contractor To repair the broken window that was installed. The man who sold me the building witnessed The broken window minutes after it was installed and acknowledged both tabs were broken. They replaced the broken window today September 15th by TRESPASSING without permission. I was not there and did not know they were coming. The contractor also BROKE INTO A LOCKED BUILDING to access the broken window. He took the door frame off when he reinstall the door frame it was crooked and the door jams now and does not work properly. Now I have to fix the door frame. He fixed one problem and caused another one. California All-Steel is responsible for the contractors they hire and assigned for jobs. California All-Steel or the contractor DID NOT HAVE PERMISSION to be on this location after September 3rd. This is considered trespassing. When I said I will be contacting upper management above Maria T she informed me there’s nobody higher than her. She apparently must be the president of the company or a family member. This is supposed to be a family business. I am a customer who was willing to pay the agreed amount even when there were delays however There has been no discount or gesture saying they’re sorry for the inconvenience. They just blame the contractor and THREATEN ME. Maria T offered a discount of $200 that the contractor would have to pay. I said OK but when I wasn’t happy and wanted to talk to somebody above her she told me I made a mistake and now I’m not getting my $200 and there’s nobody above her and she’s going to have the building removed. I did nothing wrong. I can handle some adversity but not blame. I have documentation that shows I made every effort to accommodate problems with the contractor and make payment in the full amount owed. However due to contractor issues not showing up as well as installing broken products and the poor communication on California All-Steel this caused this issue and should be resolved in a non-aggressive way with no threats from employees or contractors of California All-Steel. Horrible family business. I Just kept getting screwed by the contractor and the company. Now Maria T Said I broke the window that was installed. THREATENED BY EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS! RIDICULOUS !! They blame there contractors. Do not believe their response. Kept Them inform. Lying! 10/13/21 still no $200 refund check. She Will not sending it. Not a reputable company!

I was expecting my building to take a lot longer to get to me than it did. I was told 8 to 10 weeks and it was 4.The guys showed up on time and really hustled. it took them a day and a half but they squeezed every bit of day light out of the first day. took them longer because of some communication issues we didnt get the lift until 10 am. building looks good, its not master craftsmanship but its a metal storage building/barn. all in all a good experience and I would recommend or use them again in the future.

The on site work crew was awesome! So much so that I even gave them a tip and bought them lunch. My building came out great I had my building in less than 3 weeks from the time I ordered it. I think the office staff booked the crew's schedule a little bit tight from one job to the next causing the installation crew to be a little bit later than expected. I would definitely use them again if I need any other metal structures

Great service and solid communication throughout our project. I got in contact with California All steel and we went over my ideas for what I wanted done. After settling paperwork, they were in touch fairly quick for an installation date. From start to finish, they had our new shed up within hours. Turned our old storage shed to a new backyard piece. Will definitely use them again for future projects!

Buyer be ware of this company. Got to within two weeks of installation and needed to revise my order for something the plan company changed over a year ago. They increased all of my prices for a total of 10K citing the fact that anytime an order is revised all prices are increased even though nothing had really changed. They then told me I could install it as is with no certification knowing full well I can not do that because of permitting. The ole bate and switch got me good.

Do Not Buy from California All Steel.I purchased a building for $15,500 from California All Steel Carports Inc in 2018. Last month, the building collapsed and fell down, causing significant damage and potentially putting my family at risk.Despite being marketed as a sturdy and durable option for outdoor storage, it is clear that the building was not built to last. The materials used were clearly subpar and the construction was shoddy at best. It is unacceptable that a product marketed as a long-term solution for storage would fail so catastrophically after only a few years.The customer service I received from California All Steel Carports Inc when I reported the issue was completely inadequate. They were unresponsive, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility for the poor quality of their product. It is clear that they prioritize their profit margins over the safety and satisfaction of their customers.I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a building from California All Steel Carports Inc to reconsider. The risk of significant damage and the potential danger to your family is simply not worth it. Save yourself the frustration and expense and look elsewhere for a more reliable and reputable company.
